[Notice] 블러트 업뷰 보상 분배 (Blurt UPVU Reward Distribution)

금일부터 블러트 업뷰의 보상이 분배됩니다.

블러트 업뷰의 보상은 사용자들의 포스팅에 보팅을 하고 발생한 큐레이션 보상을 블러트 트랜잭션 수수료 및 운영진 수수료를 제외한 나머지에 대해 사용자들에게 분배하는 것입니다.
이때 포스팅을 하지 않은 사용자에게는 더 많은 보상이 지급되게 되어 있습니다.

보상에 대한 정보는 blurt.upvu.org 가셔서 로그인을 한 후 Reward History 탭에서 보실 수 있습니다.
Transfer 가 Y 인 것이 보상을 분배한 것이고 N인 것은 추후 분배가 될 보상입니다.

오늘부터 매주 일정 수량의 블러트파워를 다운하여 분배를 할 예정이며 그동안 밀린 보상이 모두 분배가 완료되고 나면 매일 분배를 할 예정입니다.
블러트의 특성상 전송에도 수수료가 발생하기 때문에 보상을 모았다가 한번에 분배하거나 사용자가 클레임을 하도록 하는 것이 업뷰에는 더 이득입니다.
하지만 블러트 전체로 봤을때는 트랜잭션 수수료를 발생시키는 것이 더 득이 될 것이라는 판단에 매일 전송하도록 하였습니다.

또한 현재 포스팅의 퀄리티를 판단하지 않고 보팅하는 것에 대해 업뷰에 임대를 할 수 없게 된 것을 확인했습니다.
해당 부분에 대해서 재단이나 증인과 연락을 하여 풀어보려고 합니다.
아무래도 포스팅의 퀄리티가 낮은 계정에 대해서 알 수 있으면 해당 계정에는 보팅을 하지 않도록 하겠다는 내용을 전달하고 이를 반영하는 방향으로 진행이 될 듯 합니다.

따라서 사용자들도 포스팅의 퀄리티에 대해서 다시 한번 생각을 해 보시고 작성을 해 주시길 간곡히 부탁드립니다.
블러트 업뷰가 블러트의 문화를 흐리지 않고 상생할 수 있도록 많은 관심과 협조 부탁드립니다.

Starting from today, Blurt UPVU ’s reward will be distributed.
Burt UPVU compensation is the curation reward, given by voting to user’s postings.
Rewards excluding Blurt transaction fees and operation fees, will be distributed to the users. Users who do not post will be rewarded more. For more information, please go to 'blurt.upvu.org', log in, and check out the ‘Reward History’ tab. If the transfer field is ‘Y’, the reward has already been distributed, and if it is ’N’, the reward will be distributed later.

Every week, we will power down the Blurt to distribute the reward. Once all the delayed rewards have been distributed, we will distribute the Blurt UPVU rewards every day. Since there is a transaction fee, it is more beneficial to UPVU to collect and distribute rewards periodically(every month or quarter). But we have made a conclusion that by generating transaction fees more often, we can contribute to the Blurt community. Therefore the UPVU Blurt rewards will be distributed to the users every day in the future.

We also confirmed that it is currently unavailable to delegate additional BP to @upvu. We will try to resolve this problem by contacting the foundation and witnesses. And we will try to come up with new ideas, not voting on posts with significantly poor quality in the future.

Therefore, we are asking you to think about the quality before you make a post. We ask for your interest and cooperation, so that Blurt UPVU can coexists without conflicting the culture of Blurt.
