The Secret Enemy That's Making You SICK and FAT

This is a fairly short video but packed with information that should help many people start to truly investigate their own conditions. No point doing a summary - just watch it. However, I would like to add a few points.

The classic naive psychology is that we respond to threats - whether real or perceived - by either fight or flight; there is a third method that really needs to be added: freezing.

Many animals freeze as a response, and humans are no different - just look around at the last few years; petrified by fear and an inability to act rationally.

I think this is important, as chronic stress is neither fight nor flight, but the chronic inability to react to the environment; again, that environment could be physical, emotional or mental - or all of them together.

Ekberg doesn't talk about the chakra system within this context (he does elsewhere), but worth understanding that the nervous system is NOT just a complex wiring system, but it also generates an electromagnetic field both within and around the body. Anybody who believes this is plain woo should stop believing things and look up "neural nexus".

If you stop thinking about stress and instead try to focus on feeling it, you will most probably end up feeling a tension or knot in either the heart chakra, solar plexus or navel chakra - and maybe even the throat chakra. Those feelings of "having butterflies" or an inability to speak, are all manifestations of blocked chakras.

This means that our whole system works at different levels, including the biochemical, such as hormones, the electrical and the electromagnetic. If you look at the main chakra system from the side, you will see the vortices emanate from the centre going outwards, both in the front and the back of the body. This also means that there may even be a physical cause to an energetic block; chiropractors and osteopaths seem to be more attuned to this than physiotherapists (at least in my experience), so that manipulating the bones and muscles may improve those symptoms of blockage.

The role of cortisol is true, and for some years I've thought that IBS is essentially an energetic condition that manifests as a dysfunctional digestive system, with symptoms that can range along the whole GI tract. Pathogenic bacteria, parasites and cancers are physical manifestations of a sick body - not the other way round.

One thing to note about brain frequencies is that we don't really flip from one state to another, but rather we switch between dominant states, sometimes even multiple states. So many people like to trot out the new-age trope about being at a "higher frequency", yet very high brain frequencies can also be pathological, such as in epilepsy, or its onset. This also contradicts the same new-agers going on about being relaxed in a meditative state. One can't thus be at both a high and a low frequency at the same time. Except... one can! This is, in fact, the key to being able to handle very high frequency states of awareness, by first having a base layer of low frequency relaxation. Most don't seem to know about this, or at least don't articulate it in this way. You need to be able to handle the transcendental so that it manifests more frequently.

The binaural beats headset does work. It works by a superposition of the input waves from each ear, thereby creating beats at frequencies in the brain range; frequencies that are otherwise too low to be transmitted. This superposition takes place in the brain stem! This is not due to the sound waves but rather the EM waves from the magnetic speakers. This both explains why it works as well as being a warning to be very careful of the frequency inputs from non-therapeutic sources, especially wireless earplugs. Indeed, I think many cases of insomnia are caused by the always-on and always-nearby nature of the human addiction to mobile devices. You can even hear the pulses if you place your handset next to a speaker. Those pulses are entraining your brain to be locked into frequencies around 8 Hz, which is borderline alert, instead of being able to drop down to sleeping frequencies.

Being borderline aware for much of the day is not good for humans as it makes it more difficult to naturally shift to both high-frequency creativity and low-frequency relaxation. Never mind the medical drug culture, EMFs can also be drugs. A domesticated zombie mode seems about the right description of our current society, especially in the cities and increasingly in the irradiated countryside.

There are many attack vectors, and this short video gives a brief but important summary of how they are linked, so that detoxing is not just one thing - it's detoxing from every attack.

Shame that interesting info videos have to go all clickbait-shit to grab attention. Like the wow-tards of Youlube need to be shocked into watching. Even the image is stupid - that isn't obese, that's bloated!

Anyway, yeah lots of info that most people will ignore coz they are such smart prisoners. get chipped like a pet - go to a planet where you will die - and live in a metaverse where you will starve to death.
