Guys, I'm incredibly excited at the moment. The fun is getting massive in football world, especially with the existence of Hive's league in FPL. Haha.
HiveFPL will be massive and I'm excited about it. Of course, my team is set...
I did this team selection 2 weeks ago and I momentarily review it while keeping my ears open in the active transfer window but I don't see myself making any changes in the team until we get started with the game weeks. Haha.
This is also my first time trying to play Fantasy Premier League. I surely want to get to the top rankings but I won't delude myself with high expectations. Haha. I know some people have been on this for several years so I will just have fun with it and hope to also generate enough content as I learn more about the tricks and twists of the game.
Interestingly, the long-awaited first game week of the season is just a few minutes away. Can you freaking believe this?
The EPL is back!
The first real test for me as an FPL manager starts today
Not just for me but for everyone that has a horse in the race. The record has it that most of the FPL managers chose Gabriel Jesus in their team. I also have him in my team because I expect so much from him as the point man for Arsenal.
The game is about to begin and in a matter of 90 minutes, many of us will know if the decision to have him was a hit or miss. Haha. I'm thrilled about this and I'm very excited.
Expectations from the game
The Arsenal I know is always full of surprises. They can win a game which nobody expected them to win and still come out with 0 points in a game where everybody tipped them to win. That is the old Arsenal.
In this new season with the addition of some fresh legs to the team, I genuinely believe that Arsenal can get something out of this game and the season at large.
In terms of elevating their frontline and having a real opportunity to change the trajectory of the way their club has been over the recent years, I think they did some juicy business this transfer window. Not just Gabriel Jesus.
In other words, anything less than a win in this first game will sure be an embarrassment for Arsenal. The fans wouldn't want that and I'm sure the players would not want to start on a bad record.
It's all set lads. A win for Arsenal, it is. Haha.
Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma
