知道孩爸喜欢吃饺子,但最近天气一直阴沉沉的,沙尘暴持续不断,气温还偏低,有力无心呀!
可因为午后去商场买了三件衣服,孩爸呢,还说要报销,这心头一热,我也得表示表示吧!
还没到家,脑子里就盘算些饺子馅来!家里有一小把韭菜,肉也有一大块约斤把。大虾仁也是现成的,虽然没有饺皮,但刚买的面粉正好派上用场!鸡蛋也是不缺,哈哈!
说干就干,别兴趣一走又是场空!
先取出冰箱的冻肉用温水泡着,再和面揉团放在一边,洗净韭菜切碎备用。三个鸡蛋打散炒熟铲成碎粒,最后把肉切片放搅肉机,30秒变成肉糕。倒入水抓成糊状,再跟韭菜、鸡蛋、碎虾仁搅拌均匀。后放点熟油、鸡精、黑糊椒、盐再搅拌一番便成。
饺盒子真的好,我是擀几张面皮再包几个,害怕粘起来就麻烦了。又没人跟在后面催,一边跟父亲电话拉家常,一边手不停的包饺子,趁机也是锻练擀饺子皮的速度和技巧!明显的,我这次运用不绣钢的擀面杖有点应手呢!速度比较快,不多会儿,第一盒包好。我数了一下22只,用盖子盖上放入冰箱冷冻层。
边包边想:孩爸从苏州回来是不是见了很开心?眯着双眼笑让我下一盘尝尝?又会不会夸几句:嗯!今天这馅味道不错!给你个大大的赞呀……
想罢,第二盒又包好再数一下,这次少了两只,变成20个。一看便知,是我的面剂子大小不一才会少的。
第三盒包的时候就格外的注意了,因为怕馅料跟皮子不符,或多或少会变成要么馅乘,要么皮子乘。不想浪费任何一样,就得看着放馅料,不能像前两盒包的随意放馅。眼看还有七八张皮,干脆来个平均分配!
整整一个小时,最后一盒是15只,等于共包了57只饺子。
