If the feeling of depression has never touched your life, this subject may appear unfamiliar to you. I never expected to experience depression in my life until a certain day. On that particular day, I perceived the entire world to be in opposition to me. I felt isolated, as if I were the only one existing in this vast universe. I pondered why I was different from those around me, why I couldn't conform to the norms of my peers.

Suddenly, a thought infiltrated my mind, reassuring me that "All will be well." Empowering myself with courage, I managed to conjure a smile.
I will be sharing with us the things I did that made me experience a breakthrough out of depression.

You need to understand that depression which can be called or can be known to be a mental disorder can greatly influence an individual's emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

The effects of depression varies per persons but commonly encompass the following aspects:

Emotional Influence: Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and emptiness are commonly experienced by individuals with depression. The capacity to find joy in previously enjoyed activities( the activities you enjoyed before but you not longer enjoy them again) becomes challenging, often accompanied by petulance and a short fuse.

Cognitive Impact: Depression can impair one's ability to think clearly and concentrate,as a result of the past or reoccurrence of the past or challenges that surrounds them. Difficulties in decision-making and memory recall are frequently observed cognitive effects of depression and also difficult to finding solutions to problems.

Physical Consequences: While primarily a mental illness, depression can also manifest physically. Changes in sleep patterns, such as insomnia or excessive sleep, may occur. Similarly, variations in appetite and subsequent weight fluctuations are plausible. Moreover, depression may cause physical symptoms such as headaches, digestive issues, and chronic pain.

Social Ramifications: Depression can propel an individual into social withdrawal(inferiority complex) isolating them from friends and family. This isolation amplifies feelings of solitude and contributes to a lack of support and also lack of understanding.

Interpersonal Relationships: The strain placed on relationships due to depression can stem from the difficulty friends and family face in comprehending the changes in behavior and emotions of the affected individual. This strain often leads to feelings of conflict and frustration within close circles.

Contemplation of Suicide: In severe cases, depression can lead to thoughts and behaviors related to suicide. If you come across person or persons or you that have the mindset of committing suicide, it is of critical that the fellow should go for urgent assitance from a psychoanalyst.
