难怪自古就有“朝里有人好做官”的说法，中国自古就是一个人情关系社会，家族式、联姻式抱团捞钱谋利已成为社会的顽疾。

由此可见，贪官污吏对社会造成的危害，不是他们给国家造成了多少无法挽回的损失，而是他们造就了一个个卑劣行径比之有过之而无不及的年轻一代，倘若说这些贪官还懂得收敛、作秀的话，那么他们扶植起来的下一代人则就更肆无忌惮了。这些狂妄自大的精致的利己主义者，是如何一步步爬到高高在上的位子上的？这里面有背后的推手，这些推手隐藏在背后起着关键的作用。

狐假虎威的故事，我们都熟悉得很，狐狸到处横行，是因为有老虎背后的撑腰。打掉一个狐狸，还会出来第二个、第三个狐狸，层出不穷，无穷尽也。可若是把背后的老虎揪出来打死，那么这些作威作福的狐狸也就逃之夭夭了，不复存在了。

所以，我们主张要打老虎，把这些背后的始作俑者揪出来，使他们受到严厉的惩罚。这样，就不会出现周公子的炫富，也不会出现李县长，更不会出现他后来侵犯中央挂职女干部的事情。
