Admiralty LAW
This is a deep subject , leaving everything behind to reconnect .
To get out of the system , first you must ask for your birth certificate .
Then ,
You must give back all your papers , passport , ID , credit card ...cryptos .
But then what about parents with their kids ?
No more house , no more land , no more car ?
No name means no grave .
I am learning more and more about this law and it looks like a very serious way out of death , since we are dead .
Hard to swallow the fact that we are literally zombies , dead individuals with a tag and price .
Something i found out is ,
When you look at google map and look at cities / cimeteries / hospitals , you can see the pattern clearly of recycled cycles , i like to always ponder on how swallowed we are in the black cube of agony and ignorance .
In London in 1666, during the Great Fire of London, Parliament enacted the Cestui Que Vie Act (1666) behind closed doors.

The act being debated was to subrogate the rights of men and women, meaning all men and women were declared dead, lost at sea/beyond the sea. Back then Common Law & Admiralty Law were the concepts of Law in use. Common Law was to determine the behaviour of ordinary persons towards each other through sets of precedents laid down over centuries.
Admiralty Law was to determine the behaviour at sea and the business and contracts that were part of shipping business.
The Act meant all men and women of UK were declared dead and lost beyond the seas. That is the reason you always need representation when you are involved in legal matters: because you are legally dead.
At this point, the State took custody of everybody and their property and declared it put into a trust which the state owned. The State declared itself the trustee holding all the titles to all the people and all the property, “until a living man comes back to reclaim those titles”. One meaning of this Act was to deal with the problem of property owned by people who head recently died, but there was another much more significant meaning.
What followed was that The Law of the Sea and of contracts came into the public space. The real man because a legal fiction owned by the government, the set of records that today are in the governments computer systems like National Insurance number, NHS number, DVLA registered details, HMRC Unique Taxpayer reference. Legally we are considered to be a fiction, words on pieces of paper or data in computer systems.
In Admiralty Law if a ship comes into berth, it is given a certificate, a Legal Fiction informed people that a new vessel was in docked. In the same way people were issued with Birth Certificates. When people are sent a bill or summons from a court, it is always in capital letters, similar to the tomb stones in grave yards because capital letters signify death. People are send summons, but only the dead can be summoned. A person became effectively a Company. (“Does he or she keep good ‘Company’”)
In Admiralty Law if there is a dispute, both parties go to a Court, in whatever land and proceed if they agree to jurisdiction of the Court. Today it is presumed that the Courts have the power to apply Admiralty Law to you, not just the common law and this can be seen today with the State making you pay more taxes for having the wrong type of car (that they spuriously claim changes the climate), the wrong type of lightbulb, or you want to employ your own son, or charge you for the position of your “wheely bin” after charging you twice for collecting your rubbish. State mandarins act with a dictatorial and snide attitude because they are trained to deal with zombies, living dead people. We have let them rob us of our power.
The important part is this: The State is supposed to be exercising rule by consent. But in fact that State has made itself Executor of the Trust and Beneficiary, and you are the Trustee. The Trustee must do as commanded by the Executor.
If the Crown Prosecution Service prosecutes you, there are 3 parties in Court. You, the CPS and the Judge. The Judge is the Executor, the CPS is the Beneficiary and you are the Trustee. The same power dynamics work in attitude if you are called into question by any public servant.
Our only way reclaim yourself after your death i.e. the Strawman that the State created, is to declare yourself a natural living being, a natural spirit in your body, a person created by God etc. that is separate from the “Legal Fiction”. You thus declare yourself the Executor that you are by your God given an inalienable rights. At the moment you declare this to yourself, the meaning of you, held by the State for 349 collapses, and you declare to the Judge or public servant that he is not the Executer, he is a public servant paid by you and you are the Executer and the matter shall be dealt with under your jurisdiction not his.
In any engagement where the a public official wishes bring on you a liability or penalty, and where you have not trespassed in Common Law, the Legal Fiction is always guilty in terms of presumption.
We are all operating in Admiralty mode. A submission to authority, an acknowledgement of authority, a question of the matter not eh jurisdiction, or a not guilty plea, or ANY plea admits jurisdiction. To remain in honour you have to accept a claim and settle (discharge) it. “I accept on proof of claim and proof of loss”. This gives the liability back to them. “I am not the legal fiction. I am the person himself, I am here, I am back, and I am claiming back my rights under Common Law.”
Part of the reason why people have developed such a crazy world where we have nearly blown ourselves to bits, is because we started to believe we were dead. We started to do and believe exactly what another Legal Fiction, a political/ media machine told us. Many people believe in the legal fiction over themselves as the real person. Last week the newspapers reported that a woman had killed herself over what the media had said about her. She killed her real-self, over some controversy about her Legal Fiction. People refuse to believe what actually even what they see with their own eyes, and only what the Legal Fiction says. Many people are closer to the Legal Fiction than to their own sons, daughters and parents and they trust the Fiction over what is right and what is wrong.
Groups of men are exploiting the fact that most are still dead. All you need to do to become alive again, legally, is to declare to yourself that you are alive and keep this in mind for any official interaction, dialogue or proceedings.

Estoy aprendiendo más y más sobre esta ley y parece una salida muy seria de la muerte, ya que estamos muertos.
Difícil de tragar el hecho de que somos literalmente zombis, individuos muertos con una etiqueta y un precio.

En aquel entonces, el derecho consuetudinario y el derecho del almirantazgo eran los conceptos de derecho en uso. El derecho consuetudinario determinaría el comportamiento de las personas comunes entre sí a través de conjuntos de precedentes establecidos durante siglos.
La Ley del Almirantazgo debía determinar el comportamiento en el mar y los negocios y contratos que formaban parte del negocio naviero.
La Ley significó que todos los hombres y mujeres del Reino Unido fueron declarados muertos y perdidos más allá de los mares. Esa es la razón por la que siempre necesita representación cuando está involucrado en asuntos legales: porque está legalmente muerto.
En este punto, el Estado tomó la custodia de todos y sus bienes y los declaró depositados en un fideicomiso que era propiedad del Estado. El Estado se declaró depositario de todos los títulos de todas las personas y de todos los bienes, “hasta que un hombre vivo vuelva a reclamar esos títulos”. Uno de los significados de esta Ley era tratar el problema de los bienes de propiedad de las personas cabeza recientemente fallecidas, pero había otro significado mucho más significativo.
Lo que siguió fue que El Derecho del Mar y de los contratos entró en el espacio público. El hombre real porque es una ficción legal propiedad del gobierno, el conjunto de registros que hoy se encuentran en los sistemas informáticos de los gobiernos como el número de seguro nacional, el número de NHS, los detalles registrados de DVLA, la referencia de contribuyente único de HMRC. Legalmente somos considerados una ficción, palabras en papeles o datos en sistemas informáticos.
En la Ley del Almirantazgo, si un barco llega a atracar, se le otorga un certificado, una Ficción Legal informaba a las personas que un nuevo barco estaba atracado. De la misma manera a las personas se les expedían Actas de Nacimiento. Cuando a las personas se les envía una factura o citación de un tribunal, siempre es en mayúsculas, similar a las lápidas en los patios de las tumbas porque las letras mayúsculas significan muerte. Las personas envían convocatorias, pero solo los muertos pueden ser convocados. Una persona se convertía efectivamente en una Empresa. ("¿Él o ella mantiene buena 'Compañía'")
En la Ley del Almirantazgo, si hay una disputa, ambas partes acuden a un Tribunal, en cualquier país, y proceden si están de acuerdo con la jurisdicción del Tribunal. Hoy se presume que los tribunales tienen el poder de aplicarte la Ley del Almirantazgo, no solo la ley común y esto se puede ver hoy en día con el Estado haciéndote pagar más impuestos por tener el tipo de automóvil equivocado (que afirman espuriamente que cambia el clima), el tipo de bombilla equivocado, o quieres emplear a tu propio hijo, o te cobran por la posición de tu “cubo de basura” después de cobrarte dos veces por recoger tu basura. Los mandarines estatales actúan con una actitud dictatorial y sarcástica porque están entrenados para tratar con zombis, muertos vivientes. Hemos dejado que nos roben nuestro poder.
La parte importante es esta: se supone que el Estado ejerce el gobierno por consentimiento. Pero, de hecho, ese Estado se ha convertido en Ejecutor del Fideicomiso y Beneficiario, y usted es el Fideicomisario. El Síndico debe hacer lo que le ordene el Ejecutor.
Si el Servicio de Fiscalía de la Corona lo procesa, hay 3 partes en el Tribunal. Usted, el CPS y el Juez. El Juez es el Ejecutor, el CPS es el Beneficiario y usted es el Síndico. La misma dinámica de poder funciona en la actitud si cualquier servidor público te cuestiona.
Nuestra única forma de reclamarte a ti mismo después de tu muerte, es decir, al hombre de paja que creó el Estado, es declararte un ser vivo natural, un espíritu natural en tu cuerpo, una persona creada por Dios, etc., que está separado de la "Ficción Legal". Por lo tanto, te declaras el Ejecutor que te ha sido dado por tu Dios un derecho inalienable. En el momento en que te declaras esto a ti mismo, se derrumba el sentido de ti, sostenido por el Estado por 349, y le declaras al Juez o servidor público que no es el Ejecutor, es un servidor público pagado por ti y tú eres el Ejecutor y el asunto se tratará bajo su jurisdicción, no la de él.
En cualquier compromiso en el que un funcionario público desee imponerle una responsabilidad o sanción, y en el que no haya infringido el derecho consuetudinario, la ficción jurídica siempre es culpable en términos de presunción.
Todos estamos operando en modo Almirantazgo. Una sumisión a la autoridad, un reconocimiento de autoridad, una cuestión de la jurisdicción no eh, o una declaración de inocencia, o CUALQUIER declaración admite jurisdicción. Para permanecer en honor, debe aceptar un reclamo y resolverlo (descargarlo). “Acepto en prueba de siniestro y prueba de siniestro”. Esto les devuelve la responsabilidad. “Yo no soy la ficción legal. Soy la persona misma, estoy aquí, estoy de vuelta y estoy reclamando mis derechos bajo el derecho consuetudinario”.
Parte de la razón por la que la gente ha desarrollado un mundo tan loco en el que casi nos hacemos pedazos es porque empezamos a creer que estábamos muertos. Empezamos a hacer ya creer exactamente lo que nos decía otra Ficción Jurídica, una máquina política/mediática. Mucha gente cree en la ficción legal sobre sí mismos como la persona real. La semana pasada los periódicos informaron que una mujer se había suicidado por lo que los medios habían dicho sobre ella. Se mató a sí misma por una controversia sobre su ficción legal. La gente se niega a creer lo que en realidad incluso lo que ven con sus propios ojos, y sólo lo que dice la Ficción Jurídica. Muchas personas están más cerca de la Ficción Jurídica que de sus propios hijos, hijas y padres y confían en la Ficción sobre lo que está bien y lo que está mal.
Grupos de hombres están explotando el hecho de que la mayoría todavía están muertos. Todo lo que necesita hacer para volver a estar vivo, legalmente, es declararse a sí mismo que está vivo y tener esto en cuenta para cualquier interacción, diálogo o procedimiento oficial.
