Greetings to all friends of the Blurt community, I hope you had a happy weekend.

Today I wanted to bring up one of my creative processes, the typical thing I always do lettering explains a little about how I made the drawing you see on the screen and what my initial idea was to do it, although what motivated me was more than anything the boredom haha

El día de hoy quise traer uno de mis procesos creativos a colación, lo típico que siempre hago lettering les explica un poco de cómo hice el dibujo que ven en pantalla y cuál fue mi idea inicial para hacerlo aunque lo que me motivo fue más que todo el aburrimiento jaja.

First I thought that I wanted it to be something well done to put on my wall so I thought of some motivational or beautiful phrase that will boost me every day when I read it. I chose something that as an artist identifies me passion, motivation and patience are fundamental not only for artists but for anyone who wants to get ahead in any discipline.

Primero pensé en que quería que fuera algo bien hecho para ponerlo en mi pared así que pensé en alguna frase motivacional o bonita que me impulsará todos los días al leerla. Escogí algo que como artista me identifica la pasión, la motivación y la paciencia son fundamentales no solo para los artistas sino para cualquiera que quiera salir adelante en alguna disciplina.

I loved the procedure to create this drawing, since it flowed very naturally. First, I made the sketch of the first sentence with a font style called Chicano, and from there I knew that I wanted the three sentences to have a different font style.

El procedimiento para crear este dibujo me encantó, ya que fue fluyendo muy natural primero hice el boceto de la primera frase con un estilo de letra llamada chicano, ya desde ahí supe que quería que las tres frases tuvieran un estilo de letra distinto.

I finished sketching each sentence and then went on to the best thing to do, which is to highlight each of the words with ink and also with a marker, I dream of making all kinds of lines and also some gradients with a final point kilometric pen, and for the sketch I used a hard lead pencil specifically a 2H.

Fui terminando de bocetar cada frase para luego pasar a lo mejor que es remarcar con tinta cada una de las palabras y también con marcador, sueño hacer líneas de todo tipo y también algunas degradadas con bolígrafo kilométrico de punto final, y para el boceto use un lápiz de mina dura en concreto un 2H.
