It’s one of the most refreshing gifts of nature. It rekindles life in everything it touches.
Suddenly, there’s no longer a struggle to live; there’s ease. The dried grasses almost left for dead begin to green. A different scent wafts through the surroundings.
That scent is life.
You come to hear the chirpings of birds distinctly at a different pitch; a different kind of harmony. Life comes upon the soil. It’s not just plants jolting to life this time, it’s everything conceivable happening. It’s the feel of the soil, the absence of dust.
I’ll spare you the unending awe for thunders.
Majestic.
The glorious scenes of lightening would beat all the fireworks in the world to a contest.
Then there’s the science between these two elements; the chemistry is unrivalled. The physics too; light travelling before sound! The end reaction is splendour and boisterous melody poured into a cup.
Here’s nature having a blissful intercourse with itself. No interventions. Your barest contribution to this cup of pleasure is to only spectate.
Let’s go back to the rain.
It rained this morning and beyond the glories of nature, my mind wandered to the king of glory_ the hand behind this masterpiece.
Reflect on the awe of these wonderful manifestations of nature. There’s someone whose awe is too contrasting to be on the same scale with anything.
His name is Yahweh!
