Grafting Longan Plants Growing in Front of the House

in instablurt •  3 years ago

I have a longan plant growing in front of the house. He is about 10 years old. The existence of the tree makes my yard shady and beautiful.

Apart from providing shade, my intention to plant longans is of course expecting the fruit. Waiting for 10 years, my longan tree has never bear fruit even once.

Last week, I took the initiative to graft the longan tree. I happen to have another longan tree that grows in my backyard. Although the age of planting is less, it is already bearing fruit.

Hopefully this grafting process can be successful.

Haha wonderful!

Nothing like having fruit and food growing right in your yard!

I hope your grafting goes well and look forward to seeing the fruits of your labour. ;)
