An Act of Kindness: Giving Some Lanzones Fruits to Our Elder Neighbor and Farm Visitation Activity

I really helping other people even in a simpliest ways. We can give them happiness and love as one of their friends and neighbors. For tonight's blog, I would like to share the times when I decided to to gave some of the Lanzones Fruits we harvested this morning in our Farm. First, I would like to share my photo about giving our elder neighbor some Lanzones fruits. With the help of my Brother, He token me a picture while giving some of the fruits to our neighbor. On our first harvest, He always seen us doing some harvesting but he was very ashamed to have some of the fruits. But this morning, He was very confidence to asked some of the Lanzones fruits we have because it his favorite. I am very glad to gave half of our harvested lanzones fruits and He was very happy.

We are blessed to have this kind of fruits and it our hard works and dedications are already have a good results. Our harvested lanzones are put in a plastics because it is very easy and handy to bring on the top of the tree so that it can be very easy to put while at the middle of the harvesting activities. I am very happy to see that there's a lot of ripe fruits we got and also good to eat.

We carefully removed the ripe lanzones fruits so that the green one will not be pulled out or fallen down to the ground. This bunch of lanzones fruits are good to eat and it was really fresh pick from our Farm place. I started to keep the seeds of this fruits so that I can add to plant here in our place. I also checked if it is good to sell to the Market place and it was really good to sell it. Instead of selling it, I decided to gave some to our elder neighbor to make him happy even in a simpliest ways.

Farm Visitations and Harvesting:

This is what we do during our farm visitations and harvesting. First, we looked for any fallen lanzones fruits so that it wont mash up when we started to walked around the place. We carefully searched any lanzones and removed all the dry leaves in the place. With the help of my brother, we instantly gathered more fruits and after putting it in the plastics, we started to harvest those fruits that yet in the tree.

It was very lucky for us because it can easily searched and looked for any fruits hidden in the ground. The time when this was not still clean yet, it was covered with thick grasses and any wild plants to the place. But with my Father's plan, the place was already clean and the wild plants and thick grasses was also removed.

There are still also parts of the place thag have not yet clean and some of the place is this one. As we can see, thick grasses and any wild plants already grows in the areas. We also checked under of the grass just to make sure that no dangerous insects lives under it. It also expected that there are lots of snakes hiding in this areas and it should be very careful.

We also have lots of coconut plants here and in fact ot was already harvested the fruits. We really live entercroping methods and the example of this are the cacao plants placed under this great numbers of coconut plants. Every two months, we harvested the coconuts and sell in the Public Market. This is also one of our primary source of income and it helps us a lot.

As I checked the trees, there are still lots of fruits that can be harvested next day. We also found some fruits biten by the fruit bats and birds and this is one of our problem. That is why we keep pursuing ourselves to gather, collect and harvest the fruits. Until now, there are still lots of it and as for that, we found the place perfect for planting more lanzones plants and this is one of my projects I want to do soon.
