To conduct justice according to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet.

When the Prophet peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him sent Mu'adh ibn Jabal may Allaah be pleased with him as the judge of Yaman he asked, How do you judge? He said, According to the guidance in the Book of Allah. Rasulullah said, if it is not found in the book of Allah? He prayed, then according to the Sunnah of the Prophet. Rasulullah said if not found in the Sunnah of Allah's Messenger? He pleaded I will do my best to reach the truth through my verdict.

On this he said that all praise is due to Allah who has given the Messenger of Allah the grace to adopt the way which is pleasing to the Messenger of Allah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) laid the foundation of the Shura system in his benevolent age.

And in every matter concerning which he did not receive any instruction from Allah, he consulted with those who were qualified to judge the society. A shining example of this is the approach that can be taken to bring people together during prayer times.

The advice that he arranged to take. And as a result, he finally decided on the method of Azan. Emphasis on the principles mentioned in the era of Rashedar in Khilafah

After the age of Risalat, this method of action was almost effective in the era of Rashedar in Khilafah.
