One of the tenets of Islam is that without justice no one's freedom can be taken away. Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) has clearly said that according to the principles of Islam, no person can be arrested without a specific reason. That philosophy of justice and fairness is established in this context.

Which in modern terminology is called Judicial process of law. In other words, in order to deprive a person of his freedom, he has to make specific allegations against him, conduct his deliberations in a public court and give him full opportunity to defend himself. Besides, the features of justice cannot be imposed on any activity.

It is a matter of common sense that Islam does not approve of detaining a criminal without giving him a chance to defend himself. The Qur'an has made it imperative for the Islamic State, the government and the judiciary to meet the demands of justice.

Preservation of individual ownership
Islam recognizes individual ownership. The Qur'an paints a picture of individual ownership. God Almighty says do not embezzle each other's wealth in vain.

The study of Qur'an, Hadith and Fiqh reveals which ways of consuming the wealth of others are wrong. Islam did not obscure these approaches. In the light of this principle, goods cannot be illegally seized from any person. No person or government has the right to break the law and interfere in anyone's property except in ways that are clearly defined by Islamic law.

Every human being has the fundamental right to protect the dignity and respect of honor and dignity. There is a detailed description of this right in Surah Hujura. As stated:
None of you will make fun of each other. You will not call each other inferior.

Don't blame each other. In other words, all the ways to harm human dignity have been banned. It has been clearly stated that whether a person wants to be present or not, he cannot be ridiculed, he cannot be given inferior title.

He cannot be harmed and his guilt cannot be slandered. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; And you cannot do anything wrong to him by hand or by force.
