Parents have many rights over their children. Children's duties include obeying them, talking to them well, and showing them respect. It is human nature to urge people to do these things. In the case of the mother, this duty is even more urgent. Because the mother placed him in the womb, carried him in her womb for ten consecutive months, suffered severe and excruciating pains of childbirth, suckled her breasts, drank blood-sucking milk, and cared for and nurtured the infant. No language can describe the pain he suffered. God Himself has said.

We urge people to be kind to their parents. Her mother accepted the pain and carried her, enduring labor pains. And for thirty months she carried him and made him drink milk.

He replied: Your mother's. Then when asked who, then who and then who has more authority, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said every time your mother, your mother, your mother. The next owner is your father.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) declared that severing the relationship with these parents and hurting them is the greatest sin. According to him, this sin is a major sin after shirk.

What is the greatest sin of the poets, shall I not tell you? The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked this question three times. The Companions said: Yes, yes, you must tell us. Then he said: That is associating partners with Allah and severing ties with parents.

Three people will never go to paradise. They are: the one who breaks up with the parents, the one who misbehaves, the one who does bad things to his wife and the one who adopts masculine behavior.

Among the sins Allah will delay as much as He wills until the Day of Resurrection. But he will punish the sin of severing the relationship with the parents, the sin of misbehavior, in this life system before death.

Especially when parents reach old age, they have been urged to do more for their welfare. Because at this time their energy capacity is exhausted. Then they need to pay more attention to their daily affairs, more and more care must be taken. At this time, the need to take care with great compassion and devotion became intense.

Your God has decreed that you shall not serve anyone except Him. And good behavior with parents will be accepted. If one or both of them reach old age with you, then speak in a way that hurts them, do not rebuke them, but speak respectfully to them. He will spread his humble and compassionate arm in their service and say, O Allah! Have mercy on them both, as they have brought me up when I was young.

If Allah knew that any behavior smaller than saying ‘Uh’ to the parents could lead to severing the relationship with the parents and bad behavior, then He would have made it haraam even if it was hot.
