Wafer Ingredients:
Milk 200 ml
Flour 300 gr
Butter 180 gr
Sugar 150 gr
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking powder 2 teaspoon.
Let the butter melt a little. Mix butter with sugar. Add milk and eggs. Mix everything well with a whisk. Add flour and baking powder.
Mix well.
Pour batter onto waffle iron. Approximately 2 tablespoons in one cell.
Bake for approximately 3-5 minutes. Ready.
