It is a pleasure to share with you my way of making Guacamole
I am indeed an amazing cook ☺️ , for myself and my cats and i like to share recipes
You could make , because their are easy .
Guacamole is simple but needs few ingredients to be perfect
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Oignons
Tomatos in big chunks or smashed is good too
You must have well reaped avocados ( very important )
You mix all VERY WELL together with a mixing machine
Until it is smooth and shinny

Los tomates en trozos grandes o triturados también son buenos
Debes tener aguacates bien cosechados (muy importante)
Mezclas todo MUY BIEN junto con una batidora
Hasta que quede suave y brillante.

In a sandwich
With salmon ( as seen below )
In a burger
In mixed salad
Puedes comer guacamole con muchos platillos
en un sándwich
Con salmón (como se ve a continuación)
en una hamburguesa
en ensalada mixta

Just looked through Your list and saw this. I love guacamole! My question is, since lately the avocados have been bad (solid around the seed and at the top, mushy at the surface and bottom), what do You mean by "well reaped avocados?"
I miss the days when avocados were soft yet firm all the way through!
There are many different kind of avocados :)
The huge ones are the best ones ....but mostly find in tropical weather
the little ones must be very dark green and put under the sun until good to eat.
But i hear you and it is also very expensive ...really depends where you live.
I grew up in California and was used to awesome avocados. Now I'm out on Long Island, and the avocados are hit and miss. [sigh] Thanks for the response!

A different way. In Venezuela and also here in Chile, we leave the ingredients a little more whole.
I like it all smooth , easier to digest and texture is unique :)
Looks delicious. I like to add mild hot chilies in mine minus the pepper. I don't ever use a grinder machine (because i don't have one or ever needed one). A fork is fine and smash the guacamole to personal satisfaction. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Usually served with any lunch or dinner meal I have. A simple delicious recipe and so easy to make, makes me wonder why even bother with instructions. I don't like to make more than what I will eat in a day because it just doesn't taste the same the next day. Sometimes, just eating that on a leaf lettuce rolled into a burrito makes it a great energy boost. The last time I had this was a few days ago. Makes me want to head back to the store again of it wasn't closed. Definitely recommend growing these ingredients. Just need to build a new fence to keep my dog from ruining my backyard...

The taste is the best and texture , i like to give a little recipe of how i do it and what i add in it because people who dont cook, dont realise how simple it is to make your own stuff .
Some recipes are very tough and long to make, some recipes take hours or days ....but not guacamole :)

5 minutes is all it takes, roughly. Maybe less if your good a cutting. I'm not too much of a salt person, but i knownits important for digestion too. But with the chili added it takes the salty taste away a bit. I mildly add salt to meals sometimes none at all. I never gotten used to the taste of salt.
Hmmmm pink salt has no taste , there are many different salts , red , black , grey , pink etc... all amazing .
Yes 5 min , but for me because i like to experiment different flavors :)
It's 03:55 at night ,.. no store open to get all the stuff ,. so i tried the pepper and salt , and for replacement i smacked a carrot in it ,. it tasted terrible .
Wrong color and all to ,. so i put it outside and will try again when it has turned green .
Just kidding ,.. i should not be in any comments section at this time .
Tired while the mind is wide open , that can only end wrong for me .
And i better say sorry to my neighbors tomorrow .
At 9 i tuned a guitar at 432 , tuned it a half step down , plugged it in the amp , turned up pre gain , some post gain to , and played awful loud metal all night .
Future and past are gone for me ,.. totally stuck in this present now .
So i better get some sleep .

Even though I have never tasted this before, I must say that it looks very delicious. I will give this a trial on Sunday to know how to make it and how delicious it will taste.
