This is Potato and fried egg I made yesterday for lunch/dinner. Some said this combination is a weird one which I know and this would be my second time preparing it.
Yummy that would go well with a couple of sausages or a pork chop :)

This was my lunch yesterday: Lasagna, cooked vegetable salad, and soda crackers. My wife has a gift in her hands when cooking.
Crackers biscuits....I love it.
This is rice and stew embedded with egg, cow skin (ponmo), and dry fish, it's so delicious....🍲🍲🍲
Last day, My Mother and I ate at one of eatery here in our Province. We ordered Grilled Pork and Pinakbet. This is one of my favorite food I ate.
I was enjoying eating food with my Mother. I am lucky I have a loving amd caring Mother.
