Now, don't get me wrong... I love my daughter @junin8... And she is a real sweetheart (most of the time 😜). I am also very proud of her, but her absolute inappetence regarding Blurt the past 3 or 4 weeks really sucks!
She is a typical teenager, melting her smartphone data volume with Snapchat, Tik Tok, Insta and co..
She started strong here with 3 posts, getting some really nice feedback! I was so proud, that I put roundabout 76K Blurts in her account, hoping she would jumpstart here and have a good time... WELL, I WAS WRONG!
This week I delegated 70K back to my account, so I can at least use it to do some awesome voting and I told her she would get it back, when she starts blogging again... Another lame attempt to get her back here! 😂
Almost every day, I begged her to continue blogging, telling her that if she spent time on Tik Tok, she could use her time better writing something here and getting a few solid cryptos for that! I couldn't move her 1 millimeter!!!
Just the other day, she read me a poem that she had prepared for her English teacher... I told her: Why the hell don't you disclose that on Blurt!?!? That is the sort of stuff that Blurt needs!!!!
No answer...
I while ago she told me: Dad, if Blurt was an app, I would start again straight away! That really made me contemplative 🤔... She is a typical teenage internet user at 16 years of age. I think we should take that hint seriously.

You sure have a beautiful daughter, and Im sure the platform, the community and myself would love her to be active, but...
I want to give you a personal advice as a father myself to a beautiful daughter, if its not coming from her I wouldn't bother.
The platform will succeed anyway and the relationship with your family is priceless. When people don't want to, begging gets the opposite purpose. I tried to get my wife on Hive many times and sometimes she did but when its not her own passion it doesn't last long.
I guess the best way is to do our things and hope that if we build it they will come.

Yeah - I could not get my kids to keep blogging on Blurt either. They can't be bothered with all the keys. They just like Instagram better.
