Hi Friends, Times flies very quickly. It's been 3 months I have started my witness node here.
When I started my witness node, I made 3 month payment for the server to continue my witness node. I never though I would be able to come to this much far because I am bit new to blurt when I start my node. Anyway with the support of great family I was able to run my witness node without any troubles.
Currently I am at rank 30 thanks to you all. You're the reason why I was here. I saw several main witnesses are leaving the blurt platform due to steem witnesses attack. It's really sad to see they are attacking this wonderful platform. I also had the same case with Steemit few weeks ago.(Not with the Steemit witnesses It's with the Steemit team). They questioned me about my activity in blurt and I am wondering why they question someone's free choice. Finally I got the decision to resign from my all responsibilities( As a CR and Greeter) at steemit and continue to post & support in blurt as usual because I didn't want to limit my freedom in any platform.
So, today I paid my server cost to run the witness node for next three months. I always hope Blurt is the best platform for free speech.

That was a brave choice and I think it is one you will look back on as a wise decision. What they are doing does not uphold the freedoms of what blockchain was supposed to be about and I won't do the same, I refuse to put an embargo on people from running witnesses on other chains, there should be freedom of association along with economic freedom.
The crypto space is moving on to interoperability, even chains like Avalanche are adopting UST as their own stablecoin.
We are lucky to have a co-founder like you...We should have freedom to do whatever we want in platform..I see that opportunity only in burt platform..Thank you for the continuous supoort and trust given to me
I saw a lot of witnesses who left Blurt but you are brave and I really respect that.

That's what needed from a person being witness. Yes, steem is creating issues and people leaving as witness , but they did not want to leave

You're right..Everyone should have a opportunity to do works in every chains..I knew symbionts was a great team and they have done great things in both platforms..But unfortunately we lost them due to some reasons. Anyway I never expect this kind of things from steemit witnesses because I personaly knew some of they very much..But the steemit team is quitw different..They were good at the begining..But with the time, they wanted to limit users' freedom..I.didn't like that and that's why I got this desicion.
Hi @randula it is unfortunate that some community leaders in steem are not in favor for you to have your freedom to choose Blurt because for them Blurt is a competition and not a helpful neighbor and I can't see the point of it.
But regardless of that it is good that we have blurt community that at least gives us some form of freedom and doesn't share the sentiment of regarding the other sister chains as a competition. Best regards to your Witnessing for Blurt. :D
It's not about community leaders. It's the Steemit team. They don't like when we write in other platform.
This is great, 3 months supporting this great platform. I have my token running at home, it's been two weeks now, I intend to continue to maintain it. I'm thinking of leaving it at home or moving it to a paid server, I haven't decided yet.
