What to do if Blurt front-end or Wallet doesn't work?

It had been quite some time since I wrote Blurt related posts and after what happened today I noticed that it is necessary to share this information with everyone here on Blurt.

What happened to the Blurt Wallet?

The Blurt wallet had an issue so it was not working. A few users brought it to my notice and by the time I informed the Dev team they were already working on it.

Other witnesses also faced issues with the wallet and they were already discussing when I checked the witness chat on Discord.

The issue is solved now and I have checked it just now. You too can try sending some Blurt and test if it is working. If you face any issues then please comment below and I'll try to help you out.

Note: Before you try sending some Blurt using Official Blurt Wallet please make sure to clear your cookies and empty the cache.

I tried to send 1 Blurt to our Blurt.Live account to test if everything was working as it is supposed to or not.

Confirm the details

Note: You need your Private Active key to send funds.

The funds are sent. Now let me check if I have recieved them on the Blurt Live account.

What to do if Blurt front-end or Wallet doesn't work?

There are a few things that you can do whenever you face issues with Blurt.

Check the official frontend and wallet

If the front-end is down or it is not working as it is supposed to work then please check it from other device or on other browser or incognito mode.

• use incognito mode
• clear cache & cookies
• logout & then login

Check Blurt official social media

You can check Discord, or Twitter for any information about the issues.

I usually check Blurt once in 2-3 hours during day time and when I'm sleep I do check Blurt when I'm in my dreams so feel free to tag me and I'll respond within 6-8 hours or sooner.
