Dear all,
It recently came to my attention that the Blurt DAO return proposal created by @symbionts has been removed and the current running return proposal is the one created by @blurtofficial here.
Since my proposal is above this return proposal, this results in double-funding on my end which isn't and wasn't in my intention when I and @symbiont's team combined our proposals.
The reason for not immediately removing my proposal is due to a bug in the codes well explained by @saboin here.
When @symbionts made the "combined proposals", it was supposed to replace the previous one by @symbionts and the one by @eastmael. The idea was that people would unvote the two other ones and just vote for the combined proposal. I guess some people didn't get the memo. We can just contact the ones who are voting on the two proposals that were supposed to be deprecated and see if they will remove their votes and vote for the combined one instead.
@symbionts removed their return proposal since there is already one by @blurtofficial. There is no need for two return proposals.
If there is something that you think shouldn't receive funding, you can just vote up the return proposal and anything below the return proposal will not receive any funds.
Moving forward:
- And request for it to be added as Blurt's announcement to make it as featured or pinned to make sure it reaches the intended recipients.
- I'll be sending out memos for users who have still voted for my proposal

As I mentioned on the FUD whales post that brought this to light, you and symbionts may wish to mitigate an image issue that will certainly be pressed on you by this whale by sending the overage being paid to the null account. I suspect that if you don't he is going to crucify you as he attempted to do to the Foundation in his post that called attention to this.

I appreciate your quick response. I know this constant barrage of attacking by the Elmer Fudders has grown tiring for the Founders and core developers and would hate to see you two get roped into it.
