Chennai Super Kings finally registered their first win of IPL 2022 as they defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore by 23 runs in the souther derby.
CSK opened their account in the points table in their fifth league game of the season which was also their 200th IPL match.
Chennai a massive 217 RCB wear off to a poor start as their big three fad du Plessis, Virat Kohli and Glenn Maxwell fell early in the run chase.

However, Robin Uthappa and Shivam Dube had other ideas as the duo mad a mockery of RCB boiling and shared a massive 165- runes partnership off just 74 balls for the third wicket and guide their to the highest total of the season.
Dube ( 95*) and uttappa (89) became the first CSK betters to score in excess of 85 plus in the same innings in the IPL.
It was also the third instance among all teams in the tournaments history.
Uthappa smashed 9 six in the innings while Dubay hits 8 Six. This is CSK's first win this season, while RCB suffered their second loss in the ongoing edition.
