What better way to start a publication than with a beautiful rose. I took this photo a couple of years ago. I always take multiple photos of flowers, so I may have used a similar photo elsewhere, but this is the first time I edited this one.

I had not mentioned it in the past but my goal was to have 4 million Blurt (between all of my accounts. Today I have finally hit that goal. It is not noticeable because I have it spread between 4 accounts, that are used for curating. For the past month I have been rebuilding @scilwa for curating. Its Blurt Power is 25% of the other 3 accounts, but growing. @angelica7 has been curating with that account. She is not able to curate as many publication but now her vote should be steadily improving. I continue to reinvest earnings into Blurt Power, to grow all the curating accounts. This will strengthen the curation project on Blurt for the future.

I am behind in much of my work, including getting my weekly post published. I was hoping to get back to publishing on the weekends, but that is not working out. In terms of earnings with the voting and the comments, there does not seem to be a lot of difference whether it is posted during the week or on weekends. Time will tell. I will just publish when it is ready.

Here we find a honey bee busy doing its job. The flower is a Allium (Ornamental Onion) . I have let onions go to bloom to save seed and they too attract honey bees.

I have shared photos of this deer a couple of times. He continues to visit, although since the heat has set in he comes after dark when it is cooler. He comes in for fresh water, which I freshen daily because of the higher temperatures.

I have many photographs of Zinnias. They come in many colors. All have the tiny florets at the center of the bloom. In this photo my focus was more on the flower itself and not the center where the florets are.

I normally use a Canon EOS Rebel T5 for most photographs, except where noted. I do take some photographs with my Samsung Note 9 smart phone and include them from time to time. The only editing I do on my photographs is some cropping to center the photo, or to bring it closer to the viewer.
Normalmente utilizo una Canon EOS Rebel T5 para la mayoría de las fotografías, excepto cuando se indica. También tomo algunas fotografías con mi teléfono inteligente Samsung Note 9 y las incluyo de vez en cuando. La única edición que hago en mis fotografías es algún recorte para centrar la foto, o para acercarla al espectador.

¿4 millones? Es una gran suma, mi querido y sabio amigo. @angelica7 es una gran persona de la que estoy también aprendiendo muchísimo de cómo seleccionar el mejor contenido para curar, un sueño que se hizo realidad gracias a ella con la cuenta de newvisionlife. Estoy feliz por esto.
Por otro lado, imagino que esta cantidad es el resultado de tus ganancias en Blurt, es decir, de las recompensas por curación y tus propias publicaciones. ¿Cuánto tiempo te ha llevado alcanzar este objetivo? ¿Tienes un nuevo reto que alcanzar aparte de mejorar tu cuenta de @scilwa?
También compré algunos en las bajadas. Utilicé las ganancias de otras criptomonedas para invertir en más Blurt. Pero entonces mantenemos las ganancias reinvertidas en BP. Continuaré así hasta que pueda retirarme. Entonces las ganancias (ojalá sólo las ganancias) las usaré para complementar mis otras inversiones para la jubilación.
Yo diría que todo esto comenzó con steemit donde en el momento del hard-fork que creó Blurt tenía mucho más steem que ahora. Eso me dio la "semilla" para empezar. Tendría que decir más que los dos años de existencia de Blurt. También reduje el tamaño de Hive y steemit y convertí algunos de esos tokens a Blurt.
Mi principal objetivo ahora es construir @scilwa para que sea más fuerte haciendo su parte en el proyecto de curación. Aparte de eso, es crecer lo suficiente como para tener otros ingresos cuando me retire. Entonces seguiré publicando mis propios posts, y mantendré el proyecto de curación en marcha.
Tengo algunas otras ideas, pero están en las primeras etapas de exploración. Con el tiempo se aclararán por sí solas. Todo lo nuevo será para fortalecer el proyecto de curación.

Are you totally out of Hive? I'm asking because otherwise my reply would have no meaning to you, my reply depends on your answer.
I have on account on Hive that continues curating. My personal account delegates to the curation account there. I have enough liquid Hive set aside to pay commissions for the foreseeable future. I use some liquid Hive to purchase Blurt on Hive-Engine when there is a price drop. Hope that answers your query.
