How do you celebrate your mother/wife?
Our wives are still our mothers so I will rather use the term Mother for the both.
Mother’s are special gift to mankind, they need to be celebrated every day. Some celebrate their mother’s only on their birthdays, while some celebrate them only on Mother’s Day just like today which is Mothering Sunday for the Catholic Mothers.
Have you ever thought of the sacrifices that comes with motherhood, like mother’s literally pause their lives just to meet up with responsibilities.
Just imagine a very beautiful girl with all the curves and flat tummy, then she gets pregnant, gives birth then the once sexy body now turns into a sack bag belly . Is it the sleepiness night that comes with new babies, waking up at interval just to suck them dry?
The sacrifices of our mother’s can’t be compared with any thing on earth
HOW CAN YOU CELEBRATE A MOTHER?
I want you to know that even the most smallest gift you give her would be appreciated so much. You mustn’t buy her the whole world 🌎.
You can get her a gift if you have the funds, depending on your pocket. It’s mustn’t be every time or only on her birthday, you can take it up as a challenge to gift your mother/wife a gift every month, trust me the kind of break through that you will experience will be top notch.
You can celebrate your mother/wife by helping her out with some domestic duties. Some think that domestic duties are only meant for the mothers and the wives which is unfair to me. It is very stressful tending to everyone in the house and also the domestic duties all alone. If you help them with it, they will never cease to pray for you and the prayers of our mothers are fire 🔥.
You can also celebrate them by taking them out at least twice a month. Stop them from entering the kitchen, buy nice food for the, let them enjoy or better still cook their meal.
Don’t lay a hand on them no matter what the cause maybe. Yes some people hit their mothers not only their wives, I still can’t fathom that behavior of hitting your own birth mother. Challenge yourself not to hit your wife, your mother and even your sisters. Once you can do this number 4, then know that you have given them the best celebration ever.
There are so many ways that we can celebrate our mothers and wives, just know the ones that you can do very well and that will favour you and do them, don’t wait until eternity before you celebrate them.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums in the house and to the wives that are yet to be mothers. Just so you know, you are amazingly wonderful and you will forever be the best gift to us.
