O you who believe, give to the near of kin his due, and to the poor and the wayfarer their due. This is the best course for those who seek the pleasure of Allah. And these people will be entitled to welfare and success. In this verse, relatives, the poor and the traveler are not asked to beg.

It has been said that what they have to give is their right. Give them what they think is right. When giving, do not let any thought arise in your corner that you are doing them a favor, you are a great man, a giant and he is insignificant and he lives by eating your gift.

Rather, you need to make it clear in your heart that the real owner of the wealth has given you more wealth. The less fortunate have a right to more of this wealth. This extra resource has been given to test you. God wants to see if you realize their rights and deliver them.

Anyone who is able to grasp the true meaning of this word of Allah must realize that the existence of an independent society and an independent economy is essential for the implementation of the method prescribed by the Qur'an for the moral and spiritual advancement of human beings.

It is not possible to implement this system in a social system where the right to private property is abolished, all means are nationalized and all the work of distributing livelihood among the people is carried out by the government. In such a system, a person cannot understand and realize the rights of others over himself and no one can take anything from anyone and seek welfare for him.

In the same way, the social system presented by communism is completely opposite to the Qur'anic scheme. However, some people are trying to deceive the common people of our country under the deceptive names of 'Islamic Socialism' and 'Quranic observance system' and are trying to impose this system on the Quran by force. The Qur'anic view has nothing to do with this system.

This system is completely contrary to the Qur'anic view. In this system, the path of cultivating personal morality and improving one's character is completely blocked. The scheme of the Qur'an can only be implemented in a society where the people of the society will personally own some or the other resource. He will be free to spend the resources he owns and will be able to fulfill the rights of Allah and His servants according to his will and desire.

In the case of such a society, it may be hoped that, on the one hand, there will be a great deal of awareness among the people about the rights of the other, and that there will be great virtues. On the other hand there will be great qualities like awareness and giving. On the other hand, the people who will be treated with this welfare.

Hearts, gratitude, love, sincerity and a holy attitude of kindness towards these benevolent people will be created and nurtured in their hearts too. In this way an ideal environment will be created in the end, where the prevention of injustice and the maintenance of justice will not depend on the power of any powerful person. Rather, people will voluntarily carry out these responsibilities on their own because of their purity of heart and goodwill.
