Inheritance law.

Islam also has a law of inheritance. We need to build an independent and free economic system within a boundary - where the path of moral development of the people will be open, there will be little need to legislate for the welfare of the community, where there will be no room for abnormal class divisions and normal Instead of conflict between the classes, the way will be open for cooperation.

In this system, all the means of production of money which Islam has deemed to be haram will be considered haram and only those which are deemed lawful by Islam will be valid. The right of the individual to own and use Islam over all legally acquired assets will be recognized. Zakat must be levied on wealth and zakat must be levied on those who possess nisab amount of wealth.

Inheritance will also be distributed according to the law of inheritance. Individuals within the boundaries will be given full opportunity to pursue economic endeavors and competition and their individual freedoms will be curtailed. If the people themselves are based on justice and fairness in this free and open competition effort, then the law will not feel the need to bother there unnecessarily.

But if they are not based on justice and fairness or cross the legal boundaries and pave the way for abnormal hoarding, then not to deprive them of their basic rights and freedom but to establish justice and prevent the tendency to transgress. For the law must jump into the workplace.
