每次家人回台都一定要來淡水吃這家的甕缸雞,這家雞是真的很好吃,也曾經受媒體採訪過,但就算是這樣,偶爾也有吃到不太好吃的雞的時候,就像這一回,特地來此吃雞,卻發現今天的雞烤的不太夠,太過軟又不夠香,因此今天特地來吃雞,雞卻不是我們的最愛了><
今天的最愛應該是這甕三杯田雞吧?肉嫩又香,還有九層塔的香味,可以說是非常讚的一道料理,只可惜份量不太夠吃,哈哈。
還有這盤金沙杏鮑菇也是其中精品,有鹹蛋的香與鹹,又有杏苞菇的獨特口感,真是很好下飯的啊。
炒蛤蜊一向都是不容易踩雷的料理,除非蛤蜊本身不夠新鮮,不然加辣加九層塔炒一炒就是人間美味啦。
高麗菜,個人覺得是很考驗功力的一道菜,會炒的人可以把它炒的很好吃爽脆,不會炒的人加太多水或是炒太乾,都會讓它原味盡失,壞了一盤菜的口感,當然,本身高麗菜的品質影響也很大,之前吃過越南還是菲律賓進口的包麗菜,那真的是怎麼炒都不好吃啊><而高山的高麗菜真的很爽甜可口,還真是的差很大呢。
最後這一盤就是今天不好吃的雞。可能是切太大塊難入口是其一,再者見其內裡的肉白的很,就知道它吃起來沒啥味道,雖不會柴,但也沒有以前來的好吃><
可就算如此,以後家人回台時一定還是一樣會再次來光顧的,雖說人為因素很難維持,但這家的CP值真的高,以前也很少失誤過,所以我們還是會再給它一次機會的^^
