Buybacks are known as a financial strategy for a lot of companies which is after the enhancement of the shareholder value, hence by repurchasing thoses shares, which helps as much as reducing the number of outstanding shares, improves the earnings which has to do with (EPS) which gives a lift to the stock price while it also benefits the shareholders
Though buybacks help to give short-term benefits, which always reflect that of the llong-term growth strategies, hence the funds spent on buybacks is always better invested in that which has to do with research, and as much as development, which contribute on behalf towards sustaining growth.
