Ladies and gentlemen, today I have the privilege to post the interview of @megadrive by the Hearts magazine. Interestingly, he is on the front cover of the magazine
The Heart's magazine is a yearly publication geared towards educating the masses through articles, poems, literature, interviews etc. Each year about 20,000 copies are produced, distributed and sold across Nigeria and beyond. This year's publication featured a very familiar figure on Blurt "@megadrive", and through his interview, we maybe able to learn allot about him and blurt👇
I requested for the PDF of the entire magazine and although I received it today I have been unable to upload it. For those within Nigeria who would love to have a copy, no matter the state you are in you can locate any Sacred Hearts community to pick a copy or indicate in the comment section. @bestkizito @samhenrytenplus and @thejeremiahxo will be getting their copies today.

I am glad I did post it especially now. Well I wouldn't go further because there is tension everywhere. I am glad you are among the few who like it.
So the youth can express freely. . .
But what about those who expressed themselves freely here and been threatened to be frozen/blocked/etc. . .
Is it cause they are not in the youth category???
Just asking cause it seems a bit controversial. . .we are encouraged to express. . .but when people express things that are not liked or agreed by some they are suddenly not encouraged to do so anymore. . .
What if a person read this, and feels like its a nice place to come and join to express themselves, but then what they may share is not agreed/liked by the "leaders"?
They gonna feel they have been lied to. . .
They believe its a place for free speech, but when they speak freely, its frowned upon. . .
My point is, if we encourage free speeach, let people have their free speech. . .
"Nothing to lose" he says. . . But if i express and get my account frozen, then it is not true that there is nothing to lose. . . .
The difference is the free speech you mention was actually an attack on another person continually and infringing on their rights. Abuse guised as free speech.
There is no account freezing you can stop pushing that narrative.
With all respect Sir, if I was having a converstaion with a person, who would then continuosly delete their not so nice responses to me, so I would look like the bad person, who attacks someone claiming to be all love and light; I would also flip. . .
Yes, @lucylin might be taking it a little further than most people would do.
Its an Aspergers trait. . .(going around in circles and overfocusing on things and people), so seeing it from that perspective, it makes more sense, and hope you find compassion. I don't see it as he is bullying her, cause knowing him pretty well myself, I can tell you he might be a lot of things. . .but he is not a bully. But he will speak up if he finds things that are not fair, true or honest. If anything, its a good thing, innit?

I am happy to hear your confirmation on that, as till now I have not seen this statement from you anywhere.
I know this information, regarding the freezing, only came out, as someone shared it from the private convos, but
there shouldn't been such conversation, if it's not happening. As stated on the @bullywatching list, threatening is bullying. . .
And interestingly, the same people who are on those list of being watched are also those who have been threatened. . .
Which explains why many of us have had questions. . .
I trust now, after you staed, that you'll not freeze them, and I am happy you have made that decision.
My advice, if I can offer one; just encourage people to mute those who they don't want to listen/see as it will save the platform from a lot of drama.
Much better option than letting them play victims, and then threaten those who are supposedly bullying them.
There are many people on Blurt whos content I dont like, so I just dont look.
I do believe peace and harmony can be found, but I also think it will be easier and quicker if you let, for example @lucylin have his free speech, and encourage those who are not interested to mute him.

Since I already have your attention (well, hopefully), I wanted to add one more thing, that I would love if you would give some thoughts to. . .
I've noticed that you have supported the project, that made those flipflops, which is great and is a very fun way to support the platform. I also see that you upvote and support certain people's posts (which is support, I guess), but something I have found interesting, is that the Blurt Quiz is not getting any support from you . . . They have been running the quiz every week, and is all about questions regarding Blurt users, as well as their content. It really helps people from the community to connect and and have fun together. The quiz is being supported by everyday people here on the platform, who donate their blurt, so those who are winning the quiz, can receive a little prize. I think, that it would worth a consideration, to offer even just a little help/support to those people who run the quiz, so they can use it towards the prize, don't you think? I mean I'm not sure exactly who are the ones, who donated, could look up, if I wanted, but definitely not big accounts. . . like @ajerkoff has definitely donated for the quiz, and he is hardly a big account (though not too bad, if we consider that mine is shite).
But do you see where Im heading with this?
It's not an insult, or an attack in any which ways, more just a question, if you have ever thought of it this way. . . that since they are all about bringing people together on the platform, maybe they do worth a little support. . . you may even feel like joining in the quiz some day. . .

You also mention about Blurt Quiz and I do agree that it needs more marketing, more votes and more users who can participate.
I have once gifted some liquid Blurt for this show and in every other show where I won I have made sure that everyone gets equal amounts of the rewards and you know I always win! 😉
I also see the kind of hardwork ClixMoney does and once these things settle down we can discuss about making the Quiz show better and exciting for everyone.

My personality is such that I always assume that everyone around have good intentions and are nice and kind.
I do see that the topic of bullying comes up again and again and only one major character is at the centre of it and a bunch of users comment and tag and argue...
People, however crooked and evil they might be are still human. People get tired, people try to move on and people try to change.
I know the said user had said stuff and deleted it and I take it in a positive way thinking that they are trying to move on from whatever they might have said in the past.
Our lives are tough and I think we should take social media in a relaxed way and not get too serious.
Find new muse, find new users to interact with and meet new people.
I don't want to take names but you know who all I'm talking about.

If i say you are a 'cunt', and you respond back, 'fuck off you pscho bitch', and then i delete my post, then its gonna make you look like you attacked me for no reason, right?
If i regretted what ive said and wanna move on, then instead of deleting, i will say 'sorry i called you a cunt, can we make peace and have a hug'.
See the difference?
If i delete without having the full context, than i just make you look bad.
