Our life is a serious business and should not be allowed to degenerate to an all comers affair. The choice of people in our lives have to be our carefully deliberate choice, one of the most important choices of our life. Granted that it is God who determines who we get to meet in life, it is up to us to choose who stays and who doesn't.
However, beyond all our friends and acquaintances, who make up our environment, we need an inner circle with whom we can share the very personal, and most sensitive parts of our lives, people in whom we can risk to repose a huge deposit of trust and confidence.
Look carefully at your life and name your inner circle, and begin to treat them as such, so you can begin to derive full benefits from them. It should not just be people you admire, but people who can and do help you in the most profound ways to be your truest self and achieve your greatest goals, chief among which is your salvation.
