While growing up as a child, I always fantasize so much about growing up to help my parents just as they'd always care for me. Then, I could remember how caring and protective they were.

I can't fail to remember my lunchbox always served with food anytime I was going to school, my ironed school uniforms and how they continued looking out for me when I grew up to a teenager and had to leave them for university, and even now staying at a far region in search for greener pastures.
The homecoming joy of reuniting with my family during the yuletide celebrations knew no bounds.
This ceremonial atmosphere filled with loads of joy and fun is clearly what 26th January depicts as well for the great people of India. The uncommon day heralded with all manners of celebrations and cultural displays.
All in remembrance of India's freedom from British colonial Rule in 1947 and celebration of the coming into force of its constitution in 1950, the Republic Day.
Indeed, the joy is overwhelming, exhilarating and profound. This year's celebration of 73rd anniversary, I could feel remarkably that it was but only a tip of an iceberg!
The waves of the celebration was greatly felt even here in Nigeria.

It was clearly evident in the movement of people and Indians from Ogun and Lagos states of Nigeria where her population is marked greatly due to India's widespread industrialization zeal for the purpose of commemorating this magnificent festivity.
An uncommon event having thousands of people including invited friends and foreigners,
school children matching beautifully,
folk dancers and police displays with
military battalions gathering at the ceremonial
boulevard in the capital New Delhi to watch a display of the country’s military power,
parade of floats and stunt performers on motorbikes and cultural diversity.
What a beautiful sight to behold and the feelings of greatness on the people!
🥳Happy 73rd Anniversary again to the great people of India.🎉
