Mr pucung or bok bok cong (Latin: Dysdercus cingulatus) is a species of true ladybug in the family Pyrrhocoridae. Mr. pucung is a pest for cotton plants. The mature and old nymphs eat the cotton buds that emerge and the cotton seeds that will ripen.
Mr. pucung grows to a length of about 12–18 mm. This species has a dominant red coloration, but they also have a white collar and three black spots. They are closely related and very similar to Dysdercus koenigii, but D. cingulatus is slightly larger and its femur has varying amounts of black, while D. koenigii its entire femur is red.[
