Así que decidimos guisarlo, pero en versión desmenuzado, era la primera vez que experimentamos de esta forma, la receta la dio mi cuñado el cual su hermana le explico, Procedimos a preprarlos sancochamos el pescado luego lo desmenuzamos, exprimimos y agregamos un limón para que su sabor no fuera tan intenso.
