The things I like about myself

Greetings people!

What do I like about myself?

Loving oneself is one of the ways to live well, it chases insecurity away and shuns comparison with others, which oftentimes leads to depression. Although there are some traits in me that I feel like putting an end to, I just have to live with them till I finally meet a good period to work on them.

I'm respectful
We know the era we are now in in this world, where respect is speedily dwindling and it seems we are okay with it.

I'm among those who still treasure respect to the core. You will never see me raise my voice to insult an elderly person, even if he or she is wrong. Like, how do I do that? Those words are heavy in my mouth. A lot of people (people from the modern world) will take pleasure in things like this and call it being smart or knowing what's up. It's so bad💔.

The best I could do in a situation where I'm being angered by an elderly person is to walk away from the scene to curb the anger.

I'm gentle

Although I feel like adapting to the rascal feelings once in a while but I love my gentle nature to the core.

A lot of people know me for my gentle being, even the rascals who come to my side have to mellow down to my state in order to flow with me because I can't start doing things zigzag when controlled to dance to their tunes. Yes, I must control them instead of them to control me.

My gentleness shows in my dress, my talking pattern, and the way I walk. Yeah, I'm just collected. And this feeling always gets me placed on high stand. It attracts me respect and I love it.
