Building is a gradual process that takes time to conclude, I believe in life house is the number one thing that a man needs to have a little peace of mind because a man that has no home of his own will find it very difficult to be financially stable especially in a country like ours where good home cost a lot, so if you have a family you will have to rent a very big and conducive house for yourself and your family to be able to live comfortably. Some I recommend building a house of your own once you have a good job, or even before getting married so that you can reduce the expenses that comes with paying house rent. Well this house belongs to my mom and it’s still under construction and I hope and pray that God provide for her so that she can complete here project.
The joy of having a home extends beyond the physical structure; it encompasses a sense of comfort, security, and belonging. Here are some aspects that contribute to the joy of having a home:

Comfort and Shelter:
A home provides a refuge from the outside world, offering a comfortable and familiar space to relax and unwind.
Shelter from the elements creates a sense of safety and well-being.
Personal Expression:
A home is a canvas for personal expression, reflecting one's style, taste, and individuality through decor and furnishings.
The ability to shape and customize your living space contributes to a sense of ownership and pride.
Family and Togetherness:
Homes often serve as the backdrop for shared experiences, creating a sense of togetherness and family bonding.
Celebrations, meals, and everyday moments are enriched by the warmth of a shared space.
Memories and Nostalgia:
Homes accumulate memories over time, becoming repositories of cherished moments and milestones.
Nostalgia for the past and anticipation for the future contribute to the joy associated with a home.
Sense of Community:
Home is not only a physical space but also a part of a larger community.
The joy of having a home extends to being part of a neighborhood, building connections with neighbors, and contributing to a shared environment.
Security and Stability:
The stability provided by a home contributes to a sense of security and rootedness.
Having a place to call your own fosters a foundation for personal and financial stability.
Personal Retreat:
A home offers a private sanctuary, a retreat where you can recharge, reflect, and find solace.
The ability to create a space that aligns with your needs contributes to overall well-being.
Sense of Ownership:
Owning or even renting a home provides a sense of accomplishment and responsibility.
Taking care of your living space fosters a connection to your environment.

Congratulations to her in advance , but do you really think a home should be among the top priority of a young man.
It's good to have a home yours but it shouldn't be among the top most priority as it is considered a liability unless in a situation where by you are putting it up for sale or rent once the building is complete.
Congratulations to her once again
