La energía en el mundo se encuentra desequilibrada por todo lo que hoy está sucediendo, existen muchos problemas a nivel energético que está haciendo sufrir a muchos corazones.
Hoy, muchos lloran, la tierra llora, el aire llora, el agua está triste, la naturaleza se encuentra vulnerable ante ataques que hacen que la humanidad se enfrente unos a otros en una lucha de poder sin sentido. Esta publicación no está orientada en explicar las razones de lo que hoy estamos viviendo, creo que las noticias que recibimos por todos los medios es suficiente, pero ¿qué puedo hacer? Yo he decidido compartir amor, compartir pensamientos positivos, que tal vez no arreglen al mundo, pero al menos puedo sentir puedo compartir un poquito de alegría.
El Girasol
Desde que era niña mi papá me contaba una historia, que hoy deseo compartir. Me decía, hija el amarillo del girasol es porque Dios baja pequeños hijos del sol y los deja vivir dentro de cada girasol que cultivamos en casa, por eso la luz de Dios siempre estará en nuestro hogar, cuando un girasol abre sus pétalos al sol, entonces significa que Dios recibe a sus hijos y esa energía queda en sus semillas por ello tienen tan buen sabor.

The sunflower
Since I was a girl, my dad told me a story, that today I want to share. Mi padre siempre tenía en una bolsa semillas de girasol, con semillas de auyama (calabaza), él hace este preparado para mi mamá porque dice que tiene un efecto antioxidante y que ayuda a desinflamar la región de las rodillas. Mi mamá sufre de osteoporosis y ella dice que se siente mejor cuando se come su buen puñado de semillas de girasol.
Las semillas de girasol además de ser deliciosas, también son ricas en minerales, como el manganeso, calcio, cobre, fósforo y selenio, que promueven la salud ósea, entre muchas otras funciones vitales del cuerpo. Leer más AQUÍ.
Tiene muchas otras propiedades, pero lo que deseo compartir es que además de se una hermosa flor se puede aprovechar cada semilla, además de muy fácil reproducción y requiere poco cuidado.
