In my own way, I think The corruption in Police is so because the leaders allowed it to be so.leaders in this context means but the president down to the least,if they really want this police harrasment of innocent citizens to stop,it will definitely stop.All they need to do is to make a law against police brutality, enforce and make sure that the offenders are severly punished.
