As I said, I believe we are mixing separate issues.

Just because the overlords will do this or that will never get me to agree that murder is justified because someone doesn't want to take responsibility for their carnal pleasures or because it inconveniences them.

Where I believe this topic would stop going in circles between us is if you re-positioned your meeting point with me to begin examining why the government has been given the consent from the people to do things such as a census to in an indirect way chip their human cattle. Or to set up laws by design that harm a majority so they can POSSIBLY act as an impediment for the small percentage of folks who would actually perform the deed they claim they are trying to stop.

The topic of the overlords is where this continues to head into as you probe my take on this or that. And I will confess up front I'm not sure of any conclusive means an average person on their own has to stop the ever growing rule of these selfish self absorbed controllers.

if you have any strong opinions about

in-vitro fertilization ?

Without being an expert on the topic, I would have to say it could be a grey area. In the sense of whether or not there is consent from all parties involved preliminarily.

Upon a quick research I also see that murder is being committed in this area as well.

  • The many human embryos killed or discarded during the process
  • Even if a successful pregnancy is achieved, there are often too many embryos in the opinion of the doctors, and so many women resort to “pregnancy reduction” abortions.

5- “Spare” embryos must not be discarded, frozen, or experimented upon, and procedures such as “selective abortion” (pregnancy reduction) must not be used. “Those embryos which are not transferred into the body of the mother and are called ‘spare’ are exposed to an absurd fate, with no possibility of their being offered safe means of survival which can be licitly pursued” (I, 5).

Exodus 21:22 is, however, a part of the Bible that actually does mention the fetus. “When people who are fighting injure a pregnant woman so that there is a miscarriage, and yet no further harm follows, the one responsible shall be fined what the woman’s husband demands, paying as much as the judges determine. If any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.”

This is fascinating because it outlines specific punishments for specific crimes. If a woman is hurt in a struggle and then has a miscarriage, the penalty is a fine, a mere financial payment. But, if there is further harm, likely meaning the woman has long-term and serious injuries or even dies, then the culprit could be killed. In other words, the life and well-being of the woman, the mother, is of much greater significance than those of her unborn child.

also notice the "payment" is determined by and is paid to the father

That might be something for Christians to consider, but then they accept the many genocides that were commanded as well.

well, it's also an example of how "induced miscarriage" has historically not met the same penalty as "murder"

And there is no way that you can monitor every pregnancy that occurs in the country.

oh yes there is.

make the purchase of pregnancy tests require an id.

each pregnancy test is issued with a unique serial number.

every purchased pregnancy test must be returned and registered within 30 days.

anyone who returns a positive pregnancy test is issued a "(pre)birth-certificate" and if they don't produce a living child in approximately 9 months

they will be investigated for child endangerment and or criminal negligence and or manslaughter and or murder

problem solved

Not sure who you were quoting there, but once again that would point to an issue with those who believe they own us.

"grey area" doesn't seem to adequately describe "mass murder"

Indeed it doesn't. I wrote that first part before doing a little looking into it and saw there was such taking place and should have changed it but was in a hurry.
