Last week my phone surprised me, I don't have GPS activated, so I don't know how it does that... it always tells me the route I take every day, the places I visit, but the most surprising thing is that there was one day the Last week I didn't take my daughter to school and there was a message that said: Today you didn't do your route... and "It posted my daily route" I told my husband that phone has me under surveillance hahaha.

This is why I leave my phone at home as much as possible, and pay cash whenever I can. I do not need it with me, like in the not-so-old days.

same here - rarely carry my phone.

I don't leave my house without the phone because I drive and I always go with my daughters, so I like to have the phone in case of any mishap

Posted from https://blurtlatam.com

I understand that. Used to be easy to contact someone if there were a mishap. Pay phones, knock on the nearest door, etc. But now with these phones, the ONLY way to contact someone is via a cell phone.

The phones are one of many ways they record everything.

Have you noticed they used to let you take the batteries out of phones, and now you can't? I think its because even when you think your phone is off it is still listening and recording.

Also notice how many businesses try to force you to download their app onto your phone. Or even on ones computer. I noticed for example I was looking for an app for grammar, and every single one for firefox demands you give it the ability to track your every move online. They all demand you be tracked now to use their services.

I went to reset my alarm on my phone a couple of months ago and it forced me to use the iphone health app to do it or no alarm. It wants to track when you sleep, how long you sleep etc. It records how many steps I take and wants me to volunteer way much more. I don't even want what it's recording.

Back to your observation on the GPS app. I was a courier until recently. That GPS always knew the traffic conditions, down to accidents and whether roads had been treated yet or still had ice on them, or if traffic was heavy it would make the road red to alert you of accident backing up traffic etc. It knew all of this in real time.

It's frightening to understand how much they are recording our smallest habits and doings.

"It posted my daily route" I told my husband that phone has me under surveillance hahaha.

One of those hahaha that comes out kind of weak with a confused look on ones face saying "wait, what did you just say to me"

I dream of a day away from it all, no phone other than perhaps locked in a secure box with no signal and away from all the smart tech that is recording us all the time.

Oh yes, I think that all the applications even ask to access the photo gallery, that's something I don't understand, because they are applications that have nothing to do with photos and want to access the gallery or to contacts.

What phone is it? It doesn't need GPS - that is a huge con - it calculates by your distance from the transmitters AND from other phones.
eg how do they know which roads have traffic?

big brother is not who you think he is is gone.

I check all new clothing items for those tags. Sometimes they are just thickened part of a seam. I pay cash as much as possible, but as soon as I get into my car that purchase can be connected to me. I try to buy antiques as much as possible rather than new tagged items. But it really is impossible now. Distressing! So I choose to do what I can, and let the rest go...

It's increasingly difficult for sure. I was reading a threads on reddit several months ago about the many appliances now that won't work unless you download an app. The compliant being why does one need an app for the washing machine to function? Without that app, it's a heavy paperweight, useless to do its purpose.

I remember a few months ago when I had Covid again. I mistakenly bought a home test (it never occurred to me they would do this) and got it home. It wouldn't work unless i downloaded an app. So I had to trek all the way back down there to find one that didn't require an app.

Tell-a-vision is the worst. I've asked for years now why my TV needs a camera to watch me, like wtf?

Smart really means dumb and come on in and track/record me in every corner I should be able to relax in privacy.

Yday watched a video about why never to install Win 11 - same as the appliance apps, you are no longer the owner of a device (the computer) you are merely the consumer of a product that - even after buying it - you then need permission to use!!

The apps are the permissions.

Yeah, I can connect to my smart-fridge to tell me what to buy in the mall - and I've gone over my healthy alcohol allowance this week. What a fkin world!

Yeah, I was horrified at the demands and spying of windows 10. If I ever get enough free time and money to teach myself Linux (not talking that spyware Ubuntu everyone seems to install) I will forever be free of microsoft.

This movement towards subscription permissions is jacked. So many younger folks (I mean 30's and 40's even) don't understand why I have a DVD collection. They prefer streaming. I noticed many older good movies aren't free to stream and why pay the same or more to rent a movie once when I can own it and watch it as many times over the years as I want whenever i want.

So many folks are rushing, demanding to own nothing and it's not even 2030 yet.

The prisoners are helping to build their incarceration!
But we're in it too!!!

I just dl torrents - have for years - so I have a dozen HDD rather than DVDs.

I have two spare machines, languishing just coz of the mad rush to create more spyware upgrades - perfectly good computing machines, so shall give them new life with linux.

Today I setup my torrenting laptop - as kiddo wanted more Young Sheldon (lol) - and looking at my private sites was a bit depressing. Torrenting as an activity is decreasing - many prefer to stream. But what you won't find streamed are all the banned videos with real information, banned document, banned ideas.

My dad and brother were into that (brother probably still is). As one who spent most of my life buying and selling I came across may large lots of dvd's. cd's etc. One example was right before the pandemic shutdown, I came across a couple thousand mostly classical music cd's. Fot the two months leading up to the shutdown I did a little over 1k per month selling them, and still have boxes of them left. I stopped selling them so it wouldn't interfere with unemployment and never began selling again due to the manufactured mail delays coupled with Ebay forcing all sellers into their managed payment system.

I probably right now also have more than 1k manufactures dvd's. Came across many book lots over the years as well.

One of these days I'm going to have enough time to teach myself computers. I've come across a lot of them over the years, usually password locked. Years ago another dealer had told me he had a friend that could unlock them, but it was to expensive. I always thought maybe one day I would investigate what his friend was doing so i could do it myself. Get an older model, wipe it clean (really wipe it.

I remember when I was first investigating Steem when I joined and in that mining thread the only way to mine was by using Linux. I wondered then how many folks lucked out as they did that mining day and became rich from one days worth of mining like that.

So many of these people who test themselves have to use an app to do it? I did not know that. Wow!

If I have to download an app to do something, I don't do it. I buy the simplest appliances I can - no bells and whistles, which are always the first thing to malfunction anyway. There is a huge Amish community here. Maybe I'll go live with them. For miles on end a cell phone won't work. I love it over there.

I was livid when I got home with it and opened it up (making it non returnable) and saw it needed that app to work. I figure in the next couple of years there will be lots of money to be made off older goods that don't have the smart (spying) tech attached to it or it wont work.

Edit to add

I have much respect for Amish, the way they take care of their own. They understand family ,self sufficiency and community.

The way they live is beautiful, peaceful, calm. At least that's how it seems to an outsider, me. Speaking of self sufficiency, there is a lumber shortage in the rest of the world, but this Amish community has every kind of wood you might want, and plenty of it, as long as it grows here. I bought a bunch of larch for garden structures.

I'm so glad others are seeing this. I despair sometimes that most are blindly walking into this future dystopia. The male female aspect is very interesting and I've been thinking about that too while watching the trial of JD and Amber Heard which although I know is the current circus for the masses nevertheless has some interesting connotations on that front.
Like I said the other day 'I used to be a feminist' but I've seen through that bullshit now. A bit late perhaps as it destroyed my relationships but it has swung way too far out of balance now. I see that clearly.
Thankyou for this excellent post.

My thanks to you as well. I mentioned in another comment on the post a few moments ago that mentioned despair that yes, I have some of that now. It used to be easy finding a corner to breathe in, now not so much.

Your expose's on medical malpractice and systemic lies is quite an eye opener as well. Keep the farm animals sick and with low mental capacity, and then target the animals who have enough strength and mental acuity to be seen above the majority.

Probably humanism over feminism is the better ism, right?

The Heard/Depp circus is bizarre - watching people's views sway wildly according to what the media is presenting. Everyone has something to say - but I can't see any elegant outcome here!

Oh I haven't watched anything the media has to say, I just see the raw footage and already heard the tapes when they came out years ago. I guess the outcome is already decided. Amber loses, Depp comes out smelling of roses. Even the 'me too' movement was as shady as hell.

Absolutely. I only have headlines slapped in my face. I really don't care to follow what celebrities are doing.

Me neither, I don't care that they are celebs its just an opportunity to see into an interesting case. For instance they were both pharma drug addicts and amber was even on anti psycho meds. It's also interesting to see a narcissist in action.

This is one hell of an article. How long did it take you to put this together?

I'll give you two short comments after reading most of it.....

One serious: You are directly over the target, well written, well said. Your common sense approach and supporting evidence is undeniable and of course I agree on pretty much all fronts.

And one not serious at all!

I'm starting to think you've been spending a lot of time revisiting my hive cabal posts. That image with bull and the horns certainly looks familiar...

Now a movie

like the world has no horrors that we need to watch synthetic ones.

Thank you. The latter half of my post was from an older post i did a couple years ago or so.

I've been investigating for so long, and back a couple of decades ago I spent the better part of the decade researching, mostly through non fiction books. It left me in much despair as I learned more of the truth.

It ties back to my childhood however. I remember being confused by the time i was 5 or so at all of the pretenses that were obvious by those charged with my care and instruction. I can remember at 5 praying to God to give me the wisdom of Solomon so I could fix what was wrong with me and fit in. I never did get fixed, but I did gain in the type of wisdom that ensures one is never comfortable in groups of people and can see the demand to bend over coming really quickly.

Abandon all hope.

I'm not sure my main feelings are of despair - more... disgust.

Yes, I will admit to feeling more despair in recent years to accompany my many more years of disgust. I see so many around me demanding the enslavement as they install their control arms in even the most innocent of places. It has become evident to me for some time their end goal is no escape and no property rights for the slaves.

We saw one example today - soon I will be unable to buy phone credits without a spy-app - paying in cash still works, for now, but not everywhere. And yes, "oh, it is so convenient" - fuck right off... the planet, if possible!

Funnily, my old dumbphone was easier to credit, as it has zero app facilities ;-)

My newest job that will be very short lived tried to force me to download their app to my phone. I was supposed to have it done by my orientation.

So sorry, not sorry, my phone doesn't do apps. My fingers wont allow it. I wish I could get rid of the many apps preloaded on my phone, I have no need to download another one that demands in the fine print to allow it to control my phones functions and sift through my data.

It seems I'm the only one at this place without having the app on my phone.

You sum it up right here

fuck right off

You're not alone. I Grew up feeling the same way, always questioning everything and not fitting in. So when I became an adult. Instead of trying to fit in and be like everyone else (which I attempted for a very short while, which made me totally exhausted, stressed out, and poor). I just made it a point to get ahead financially and then do what I love most, travel the world and avoid at all costs that Monday - Friday hamster wheel work life accompanied by a social life with my phone ringing off the hook to get drunk Friday and Saturday nights and feel like crap all hungover on Sunday.

It's really no way to live, but it's what we seemingly were trained to do in the states to live like. Saying no to all of that from age 20 has made me wealthy in time and money and has allowed for me to enjoy amazing and fulfilling life experiences like mountain biking the Andes for several months by myself, and much more. Now Jungle girl is living "Travel Pro" and I've freed her for wage slavery as we travel Thailand this year on a motorbike, she says it's been the best and most enlightening year of her life.

Her parents were not happy when she quit her job as a teacher just after 4 years of university and taking on 7k of debt (a lot here in Thailand), but now a year later they see it's all for the good. I sincerely believe blurt will allow you some financial freedom and there for freedom of time as well. So lets just keep spreading the word and lets Grow Blurt!

I've spent a good chunk of my life self employed. Unfortunately when I was younger and money was easier to make I would often have a great weekend and then take weeks off because I didn't need the money. Had i known how drastically the dynamics would change I would have structured myself different, although I still would have had to hide it. Part of why I never accrued anything was I married my sons mother so he wouldn't grow up without his dad as I did. I knew we would one day divorce once he was a man and didn't want to build real wealth only to have to hand her half or more when we parted ways.

Oh, yeah. Life can cause all sorts of financial stresses, especially supporting a family that ends in divorce. All too common of a things these days.

Sovereignty doesn't justify murder. She (in MOST cases) decided to engage in activities and has thus assumed the burden.

does it matter to you if coercion was involved ?

do you suppose the law should account for that ?

or is it immaterial to your case ?

are you in favor of investigating miscarriages as probable manslaughter slash murder cases ?

Posted from https://blurtlatam.com

I've never been a fan of the concept of manslaughter really. Couple that with how common miscarriages are and seems unless it was super obvious that it was purposeful then no, it would be a waste of time and money. Plus, it would be cruel to subject the parents to such a fishing expedition during this time they are probably grieving their loss. Many parents who endure this loss are crushed, especially when it happens multiple times.

For the record, I believe abortion is murder. I believe it's a semantics game to say it isn't, and in some cases the law does indeed classify the unborn child as a person.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unborn_Victims_of_Violence_Act

https://wreg.com/news/local/man-charged-with-double-murder-after-killing-pregnant-woman-police-say/

https://fox4kc.com/news/man-charged-with-double-murder-after-shooting-killing-pregnant-woman/

https://www.ksl.com/article/50403231/drunken-west-valley-man-hit-killed-pregnant-mother-charges-say

I also note that as a side hypocrisy for those women who demand it, more often than not it's done because the life of the child would inconvenience her lifestyle, not the talking points usually dredged up about rape or the mothers health. Yet these same women will often be the first to scream loudly about the lifestyle of the named father needs to man up and take responsibility for not keeping it in his pants. What about their responsibility for keeping their pants up? Are we equal or not?

But as I said, that's a side pet peeve of mine on hypocrisy, as the point in my view is it is murder, done very often to allow a woman to escape the consequences of having sex.

law is always a matter of jurisdiction

a judge decides who lives and who dies (technical murder)

a king decides who stays and who goes and who lives and who dies (technical murder)

you choose who you allow into your home and for how long

imagine there was a law that said, if you let someone sleep on your couch for 90 days, then you must let them stay in your home as long as they please and you must also feed them

Good post, sir !

I'm sitting back with a bowl of popcorn, an observer of the passage though insanity, to better times.

Complex systems break down.
Over extended bureaucracies break down.
Corruption eats itself.
Monetary resets always cause social upheaval.

It all adds up (to me), as a necessary - but painful - reversion to the mean. I just wish I had the inside track on the timeline involved....

I 'think' the higher the complexity of system, the more sudden the breakdown (it makes logical sense).
We are most certainly at the zenith of 'human complex systems' - so if my hypothesis is correct, the speed of breakdown will be epic.

I think there's pretty much bugger all that 'we' can do about it - the cycles of nature transcend our will to control things. ....We just lie to ourselves and think we can - because we're dumb.

If there is any weapon that can be used to speed up the decay/revert to reality - it laughing at the insanity we find ourselves in.
......from both a psychological 'an undermining the legitimacy of power', to the 'laughter and joy is the communication between the divine, and the person', kind of perspective, it fits.
And apart from that - if we're are gonna get 'gulaged' - we might as well enjoy the ride, 'cos the 'return ticket' to freedom (in this scenario) , has a date on it well beyond our lifetimes...

Thank you.

I wish to share where I believe we differ in opinion.

I believe when empires fall, those who controlled that empire from the shadows do not also fall. That often they are purposely steering the empire to destruction as they have already begun building their new empire elsewhere and making plans to sift through the wreckage and pick up even sweeter deals from the desperate cattle they leave in their wake.

And apart from that - if we're are gonna get 'gulaged' - we might as well enjoy the ride

I love to many (including myself) to enjoy this ride. This might seem strange, but one example is my dog. I worry that the end moves will come before she passes on, and I worry about what will become of her. I'm the closest being she has, and her dependence and appreciation for me allows me to understand how devastating it will be for her to lose me, that is if they just don't kill her when that time comes.

I believe when empires fall, those who controlled that empire from the shadows do not also fall.

There's plenty of evidence pointing for this to be the case...

That often they are purposely steering the empire to destruction as they have already begun building their new empire elsewhere and making plans to sift through the wreckage

I don't give them credit for that kind of intelligence, tbh - A comedy of errors more like, making it up as they go, but with a massive amount of power at their disposal.
..And in today's world - a level of complexity like never before - making it all very unstable.
They don't have the brains to steer their way through, just the power - and all that can soon change - in the twinkling of guillotine..

This might seem strange, but one example is my dog. I worry that the end moves will come before she passes on

...that's my concern as well .... my doggies welfare...! lol.

On the bright side, it ain't gonna come to that point, imo - because 'We're winning'.
Totalitarians don't double and triple down if they're in a winning position - it's a symptom of severe stresses at play..
They (like everyone else), never grasped the power of the technology 'they' gave us - namely the internet.
Imo - the one thing they wanted , and are working towards- one world government, is the the thing that will collapse the whole house of cards - why?...Because throughout all ohistory , communications between peoples has been on strictly 'need to know basis' - compartmentalization was easy without the the internet / technology.
That is simply no longer the case.

THe imbalance of male/female energy is certainly a cause for concern, if we're going for the archetypes, I totally agree. And emotion is never a way to decide 'truth', whatever 'truth' may be - it's so clouded by media, politics, hysteria. Your last line is a killer:

Either we group together, even with those we dislike. Or, they will continue knocking us off one by one.

Yes, absolutely - we should always be striving to understand each other, whereever we sit on the constructed left/right spectrum.

There's so much to digest here and I need to re-read (I'm gulping down a coffee before a day's work emergency teaching) and I hope to get back to it later today, but I wanted to say a quick word about the Kali age if you don't mind?

It's not about feminine energy and the goddess Kali, per se, although I thought so too at first. Fascinatingly, the word 'kali' in Sanskrit means struggle, conflict, strife - which totally fits what you're saying. So Kali yuga is acxtually the age of conflict, the last of four ages or yugas, whereupon everything is destroyed and begins again (we hope) - the end date to some has already passed, and to others could be late this century!

In the past, eons ago, Kali yuga was characterised by accepting religious truth as dogma (any dogma is unacceptable, as you say in your post), and people lose their mental clarity and understanding. Consciousness was limited to gross matter - the acculumation of possessions, for example, greed. It's quite fascinating to read and apply to these times!

This blog post lists a whole heap of characteristics of Kali yuga in the texts - it's worth a quick scan - I think you'll find it fascinating!

https://antaryamin.wordpress.com/2018/07/15/characteristics-of-kali-yuga/

Of course it's just a framework to understand the world, like any framework, but fascinating none the less, right? There's a few that are clearly of the time - like woman using their mouth to copulate with and men losing their power - I mean any change to existing power structures can often be blamed on male/female divides as it's such a classic duality! I'd like to think we were moving beyond it - male/female becoming irrelevant as we listen and hear and understand each other without blame, reprisal, anger and further division.

The more lies... The more fact checking is needed... 😜

I have to laugh at that, because they do actually fact check their own lies and some of the ridiculous ways they bend the truth makes ones jaw drop. So many mental gymnastics going on I'm surprised they don't snap their mental backs bending so far.

That's very ridiculous! If fact checkers tell lies, how can we trust someone? It is a world where everything is possible.

what if the world has no end, we are living for a particular period unknown to our knowledge..

what are we looking for? that is lost?

what if the world has no end, we are living for a particular period unknown to our knowledge..

Or, what if it ended a long time ago and we are just energy remnants (ghosts) chained to traveling along the path that already transpired. Stuck forever in a repeating pattern as an imprint on reality of what was.
