What are the different choices for post rewards (25%/75%, Power Up 100%, Decline Payout)?

  1. 25% BLURT/75% BP - This rewards 25% liquid BLURT and 75% Blurt Power. This is the default payout option.

  2. Power Up 100% - This option rewards the post with 100% Blurt Power.

  3. Decline Payout - Use this option to receive no post rewards. Votes will affect the post's position on the trending ranking but no rewards are paid from Blurt's reward pool. Replies made to the post are still eligible for rewards.
