Taking a deep dive into my box of community silver.

As the night draw in, and the weather turns that little bit colder, i find myself havingnto find new and ingenious ways of keeping my son entertained for the few hours after school pick up and his mother coming home for dinner. While i was rummaging through the back of the cupboard and dark places at the back of wardrobes, looking for somethingnto keep him amused, i found my old community pour chest.

Ive written about somenofnits content before, and madenit a regular weekly feature of my blogging - " hand poured mondays" was highlight of my week and a lotnofnyou enjoyed it. And while i have no intention to bring it back, i do hope you enjoy what ive pulled out fornyou toniggt?

Now, while im spoilt for choice, it was this chunky piece of silver art that cauggt my eye this evening. Now it may look like this piece is a mass produced mint piece, this kick-ass silver #teamusa skull was handpoured by a fellow #silvergoldstackers community member: @raybrockman.

I dont know how many of these he actually made, but the process of sandcasting is technically very difficult and time consuming. He even went to the trouble of setting up a "brand"; toxic pours, which he all did in his spare time and with no formal training.

I mamaged to secure number 7 of a maximun???? Unknown... I neber didnask him how many he made. But coming in at a decent 3.4oz of 999fine silver, im guessing it wasnknly the die hard silver stackers that bought them.
