Instablurt - Grilled Fish

in instablurt •  2 years ago

Good Friday today my dear blurtians friends. Yesterday In my previous blog I said all about the fruitful things that might happen this holy week. And yesterday we were lucky because my brother in law gave us fresh fish. Every holy week we are fine to eat veggies and fish no meat for fasting. And what's the best in freshly caught fish is to grilled it all the way down.

Quick and easy just be careful not to hurt yourself with the fins. Clean it buy slicing the stomach and removing the intestine, hubby doesn't want to remove the gills because it maintain the juicy ness of the fish. Then wash througly, sprinkle salt inside the stomach, head and outside. Prepare the charcoal make sure that the heat is enough to cook the entire fish. You don't like to eat raw fish right. 😂

I din't get the chance to took the finished product because we are hungry. The grilled fish can dip with calamansi and soy sauce or vinegar and fish sauce.

Eat well and live well
