Instablurt - Princess Jeffria For The Flowers of May

Honestly I'm nervous, excited, happy all the mixed emotions was there. Hubby was roaming around the barrio because he needs to buy the major stuff for the float which is the light. Then he saw the others float, we felt that his envy because they have more flowers, lights and design compare to us. It went to the point that he message his uncle to borrow more plastic flowers. He also called it but got no response, so hubby and our daughter went there to borrow the flowers personally.

On the way I'm looking at them if they brought something. They ride on a single motorcycle I can able to see if Yana is holding something. But eventually she's not holding anything. Hubby's uncle said that they need to bring the sidecar in the place. It said that it'll be the one to arrange it. His starring at me while saying it like he really wanted too. But I said think about your brothers feeling if that will happen. Then he was quiet and just go with the flow. He cooked food for that day, then we put Ria to sleep afterwards.

Time has come we woke her up because they need to go into my in-laws house for the make up. I packed all the things that needed like water and etc. If you take a closer look you can see that our float is very simple. But the gown has enormous size so it perfectly fit to it. I know you're thinking how did we manage to dress Ria, on the side of road. My sister and mother in law was there to dressed Ria. I wasn't able to capture the details because I was shy to take pictures.

At the church

At this point she's the one taking pictures. We were so early at the venue 5 p.m was the said mass but the others went late. Ria had tantrums at this point, she said that the gown was itchy and hurted her. I asked her have you seen yourself in the mirror? Then she stopped and saw a pretty face in the mirror or selfie.

This is our only selfie together it was crowded inside the church and hot too. We also forgot to bring a fan. I only used a thin booklet to refreshen Ria.

After the mass the offering of the 17 Princessitas, AVE MARIA, Tres Maria's and the queen.

Because the gown is really big Ria can't walk properly. Even her cousin the owner of the dress cant walk on her own, said my said my sister in law.

Then we waited outside because the others need to do their duty. Here are more pictures before the procession starts.

A small amount of rain poured while the coronation is happening inside the church. We were outside waiting for the procession to start. Hubby put the trycycle in the cover court. I went to checked on him. I took picture of the float too. You can see that the others was more beautiful. But we stand with confident because we are not doing this for anybody, but for ourselves and for the blessed virgin Mary.

This the point where I was so happy because my husband was supposed to be the driver. But his uncle that filled with love actually did it. My brother in law told me that my husband wouldn't stand the heat.

I want to thank my brother in law for the gown and accessories for my sister in law for the hair and make up. My brother in law again for the float and driver, katsuki29, his brother and of course my husband. It was a memorable experience for me and specially to Ria.
