Hello everybody, I felt like sharing some of the fruits i love eating and their health benefits
So here are the fruits and their review.

Fruit one: WATERMELON

  4. Immunity booster watermelon contains high concentration of Vitamin C which is a great immune enhancer. Therefore the fruit helps the immune system

  5. plays a role in prevention of Asthma vitamin C has been confirmed to be one nutrient that prevents asthma and since watermelon is rich in vitamin C, it is a fact that watermelon prevents asthma.
