My eyes are very heavy even though it is already a bit light but earlier I had heard the recitation in the mosque which was marked that it would soon be time for the dawn prayer but because I felt my body was very tired it was a bit hard for me to get up. When I woke up it was already bright but I still felt tired but once I got up I had to get up and perform the Fajr prayer.
After the morning prayer, I planned to do some cardio for a while but suddenly Rahul woke up and my plan, which was going to pedal my bike, was to just walk around the house with Rahul.
Then I continued to do weight lifting where at home I provide two dumbbells using it every day and every time I exercise.
My body has been sweating a lot and my stomach has also asked to be filled so I went to breakfast. Then I took a shower and soon I was ready to go to the cheap market which was held in two places, the first in Panteraja sub-district and the second in Bandar Baru district.
On my way to the sub-district or to the Panteraja sub-district office here, I saw that there was no distribution or sale of the cheap market, then I decided to continue to the sub-district office in Bandar Baru, who knows there this activity has already started. But my friends, it's the same as at the Panteraja sub-district office. It hasn't started here yet and I asked the committee and they said the transport car was on its way here.
While waiting for the cheap market to open, Rahul and I played around and didn't forget to also buy drinking water while he had been thirsty ever since. Now I'm at the Imam's school, by the way, the Imam's school and the sub-district office are only 1 building away. Meanwhile, I am waiting for the Imam to come out and finish.
Today I brought the imam back to our house, and I invited him to go to Friday prayers. After praying, I have lunch and rest. I got up and went to the football field to see people practicing.
Mataku sangat berat padahal hari sudah agak terang tapi tadi aku sempat mendengar pengajian di masjid yang bertanda bahwa sebentar lagi akan masuk waktu salat subuh tapi karena aku merasa tubuhku sangat lelah maka agak berat untuk aku bangun. Ketika aku bangun Hari sudah terang tapi aku masih merasakan kelelahan namun begitu aku harus bangun dan melaksanakan salat subuh.
Selesai salat subuh aku rencana akan melakukan olahraga kardio sebentar namun tiba-tiba Rahul bangun dan rencana aku yang tadinya akan mengayuh sepeda aku ganti dengan berjalan saja di sekitar rumah dengan Rahul.
Kemudian aku sambung dengan melakukan olahraga angkat berat di mana Di rumah aku menyediakan dua buah dambel menggunakan itu setiap hari dan setiap kali aku berolahraga.
Badanku sudah banyak mengeluarkan keringat dan perut juga sudah minta diisi lalu aku pergi sarapan pagi Kemudian aku mandi dan sebentar lagi siap-siap pergi ke pasar murah yang diadakan di dua tempat yaitu yang pertama di kecamatan panteraja dan yang kedua di Kecamatan Bandar Baru.
Dalam perjalanan ke Kecamatan atau ke kantor camat Panteraja di sini kulihat belum ada aktivitas pembagian atau penjualan pasar murah kemudian aku memutuskan untuk berlanjut ke kantor camat di Bandar Baru siapa tahu di sana kegiatan ini sudah dimulai. Tapi teman-teman sama juga seperti di kantor camat Panteraja Di sini juga belum dimulai dan aku sempat bertanya kepada panitianya dan katanya mobil angkutan sedang dalam perjalanan menuju kemari.
Sambil menunggu pasar murah di buka aku dan Rahul bermain-main di sekitar dan jangan lupa juga membeli air minum sedangkan dia sudah haus sejak dari tadi. Sekarang aku sedang berada di sekolah Imam kebetulan sekolah Imam dengan kantor camat hanya berjarak 1 bangunan saja sambil itu aku menunggu Imam keluar dan selesai.
Hari ini aku membawa imam pulang ke rumah kami, dan dia ku ajak pergi shalat Jum'at. Pulang shalat aku makan siang dan istirahat. Aku bangun dan pergi ke lapangan sepakbola untuk melihat orang yang berlatih.
I miei occhi sono molto pesanti anche se è già un po' chiaro ma prima avevo sentito la recita in moschea in cui era segnalato che presto sarebbe stata l'ora della preghiera dell'alba ma poiché sentivo il mio corpo molto stanco era un po' dura per farmi alzare. Quando mi sono svegliato era già luminoso ma mi sentivo ancora stanco ma una volta alzato mi sono dovuto alzare ed eseguire la preghiera del Fajr.
Dopo la preghiera del mattino, avevo programmato di fare un po' di cardio per un po', ma all'improvviso Rahul si è svegliato e il mio piano, che era quello di pedalare sulla mia bicicletta, era semplicemente di fare un giro per casa con Rahul.
Poi ho continuato a fare sollevamento pesi dove a casa mi metto a disposizione due manubri usandolo ogni giorno e ogni volta che mi alleno.
Il mio corpo ha sudato molto e anche il mio stomaco ha chiesto di essere riempito così sono andato a fare colazione, poi ho fatto la doccia e presto ero pronto per andare al mercato economico che si teneva in due posti, il primo a Panteraja sub -distretto e il secondo nel distretto di Bandar Baru.
Sulla strada per il sottodistretto o per l'ufficio del sottodistretto di Panteraja qui, ho visto che non c'era distribuzione o vendita del mercato a buon mercato, quindi ho deciso di continuare all'ufficio del sottodistretto a Bandar Baru, chissà lì questa attività è già iniziata. Ma i miei amici, è lo stesso che all'ufficio del sottodistretto di Panteraja, qui non è ancora iniziato e ho chiesto al comitato e mi hanno detto che l'auto di trasporto stava arrivando qui.
In attesa dell'apertura del mercato a buon mercato, Rahul ed io abbiamo giocato e non ci siamo dimenticati di comprare anche l'acqua da bere mentre da allora lui aveva sete. Ora sono alla scuola dell'Imam, tra l'altro, la scuola dell'Imam e l'ufficio del sub-distretto sono solo a un edificio di distanza, nel frattempo sto aspettando che l'Imam esca e finisca.
Oggi ho riportato l'imam a casa nostra e l'ho invitato ad andare alla preghiera del venerdì. Dopo aver pregato, pranzo e riposo. Mi sono alzato e sono andato al campo di calcio per vedere la gente che si allenava.
