Politics in the game of cricket

Although many try to keep the two things separate, those attempts are sometimes considered unsuccessful. The ongoing series between Pakistan and Bangladesh is proof of that. In each match, a large group of supporters supported Pakistan. The Pakistan team's entry into the field, exit from the field, getting wickets, hitting the boundary, their excitement was noticeable in every case. For these reasons, starting from the media, civil society and general sports fans have been protesting for some time now.

Although it is not a crime to support any team in cricket, the name of the team is 'Pakistan' and the main reason for the protest is hidden here. Since hatred of Pakistan can be said to be the lifeblood of this country's politics and we have always been passionate about 1971, the opportunity to use this emotion purposefully and politically is also widely practiced and natural culture.

Indeed, Pakistan did not officially apologize for the genocide of 1971. At the same time, diplomatic relations with Pakistan have indeed been maintained from the highest levels of the country. Because in this age of globalization, maintaining relations with the powerful state falls within the normal foreign policy in geopolitical judgment. There is nothing to deny it. Again, there is nothing to be upset about.
Undoubtedly supporting one's opponent in one's own country, in one's field, in front of one's party is certainly sad and reprehensible. More sadly, this country has seen the shameless support of various media personalities in support of Pakistan as well as India, even the flag of Bangladesh has been seen to be disrespected (you can see the pictures of Piyush Bandyopadhyay and his wife if you want). But what could be the reason for such support for Pakistan?

Without planning, without accountability, a country's cricket can never be guided in the right direction. Therefore, the result is also zero. And if the result is not the audience will turn away. That's what happened. Only time will tell what will be the future of cricket in this country. However, it is better to keep an optional sector like entertainment out of politics
Note: Personal preferences are such that there is nothing to say here. If you hate them because of Pakistan's role in 1971 or because of their role in India from 1971 to now, then no one has anything to say, just as if someone else supports Pakistan or India just for the sake of cricket, there is nothing to say. Even if it is against Bangladesh (considering the current state of cricket in the country). This is perhaps the claim of civilization.
In all cases, there is an expectation that healthy entertainment will spread
