Wonderful! That is my favorite rice, especially the brown wholegrain variety. It has the most amazing aroma that fills the house when preparing it, and the flavor is so good that you can just add a bit of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and it will be just absolutely delicious, so I can just imagine how good this dish was with all the spices! 😉
