The Padma is one of major largest rivers of Bangladesh. It is the downstream of Ganges originated from India. The Padma is about 120 kilometers long and its width is about 5-8 kilometers.
It's truly a beautiful river. Almost every week I spend the afternoon sitting at the riverbank of Padma. It's a small distance from the place where I live near my university.
