All the ingredients you need to make today's recipe.
Materials
- 8 pieces of hilsa fish
- 10 green chillies (must be chopped)
- Two large sizes of native garlic
- Mustard 2 cups mustard is better if it is yellow
- Four onions
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Preparation method: First of all, all you have to do is grind and wash the fish nicely.
Then put a piping in the gram flour. Reduce the heat of the oven and add oil in equal quantity. When it gets hot, add all the spices as I have given.
After giving all the spices, mix some amount of salt with it and then remove the mosquito for 10 minutes as I did.
When it is well cooked for 10 minutes, then add the fish caught on top of the spices as I did.
Drain the spices with the fish for 2 to 3 minutes, then add a small amount of water. Look at the picture, I also added water.
When the water is a little dry, you can add a teaspoon of fried cumin powder and add a little water. See the picture I am giving.
Cook for 10 more minutes like this, then it will be ready. Your mustard hilsa is very tasty to eat. I hope you will like it. Of course you will try it, but I have explained in detail how to cook it.
