Materials
- 2 cups of dahlia
- 1 cup of mug dal
- Cauliflower is a small size
- Two carrots
- Capsicum three

- 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon of ghee
- 1 teaspoon of hing
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin
How to make vegetable dahlia khichuri
First of all, whatever you do, you will give the vegetables and wash the vegetables well and cut them into small pieces, then wash your face well and clean it.
Now all you have to do is put a pan in your hair and put a little bit of it forward and fry the mug dal and the dhalia well as you see in the picture.
When it is fried, boil it with a small amount of salt, turmeric powder and a small amount of water. See the picture as I have taken.
Now take the pulses and pour a little from the stove and add as much water as you want.
Now add oil in 14 karais. In this, you have to fry all the vegetables together with turmeric powder, raw chilli and a little amount of salt. See how I am frying the picture.
When all the vegetables are fried together, cover with a small amount of water and cook for four to five minutes.
When the greens are cooked, mix your boiled dahlia and mug dal together with the vegetables in a nice way. See the picture of how I mixed it.
Now it is light. Cook it well for 5 to 6 minutes. Your vegetable dahlia khichuri is ready.
The khichuri tastes even more delicious if you put a small amount of ghee on top of it before removing it from the oven.
